At check in counter waited more than one hour. No priority for ladies with infant? After the check in we couldn't find stroller tag sticker And we ask the steward few times and he insisted that tag is attached. At the end we had to go back to ask for the sticker (wasn't attached) from Singapore to Langkawi 1 hour...

We have been in the Far East for 6 weeks now air hopping from place to place - often using Air Asia. On this trip baggage weighing more than 7kg had to go in the hold despite being of a carry-on size. We had to pay. Plane was not full. This is the first time this has happened using Air...

Air Asia is a complete LCC. Its good to cover short trips and to save money. don't expect any services. everything is going to be chargeable. Seat preference, inflight entertainment, meals, baggage etc. No free baggage. It is advisable to book your check in baggage in advance to save some money.

Airasia is the extremely worst airline ever. My family and I were travelling with flight AK 8321 on 07 Feb, from Macau to KUL. Original departure time was 15:50hrs but we received SMS and email at 13:01hrs to informed flight delayed until 17:05hrs, it was fine. The problem is when we arrived airport at approximately 15:00hrs, we have been informed...

its a budget airline so tickets will be cheap. Bt if you are tall like me please select HOT SEAT online for ease of sitting. Food served is delicious and well in budget. Airline Staff is also amiable.

On time, fast trip, no food and no bigger legroom. It was cheaper than a same route in Europe. Polite crew.

One of the terrible experience is when our flight was delayed up to 3 hours on our way to Auckland, transiting at Gold Coast airport- due to the almost-burst tyres. 2 of the tyres need to be changed at that moment. We were then given a $10 coupon each to spend on some food and drinks there. But my overall...

Do not expect anything for free here. Everything is chargeable. Only advantage was it's low cost compared to others but even water is chargeable in flight which we normally get free in domestic flights. Seats are not comfortable and leg space is too less.

AirAsia is always my preferred airline because it has a direct flight which is cheap and convenient. Use an online booking for boarding pass to fasten the process for the flight to avoid crowd. Although it has extra charge for baggage, food and so on, it probably the best airline which is cheap, safe and enjoyable.
