My third flight in as many days. So easy and cheap. Board the plane. Get off the plane. Almost as easy as riding a bus into town.

Despite carrying out the online check in (which you have to pay 10RM pp if you fail to do) and printing your own boarding passes and even luggage tags at the airport, the queues to drop bags of still can take around an hour. The plane has little legroom, but for the price you pay this is expected and as...

Usually travelling business class on international flights, the short flight in economy was a shock. Whilst I can accept that, this does not excuse the cabin staff who did not appear interested in the passengers, nor the preoccupation with the selling of on-board refreshments and duty free goods. There was little or no greeting on embarking and perhaps with less...

Immediately behind us, during landing, a mother with a baby and another 3 year old child were not strapped in. The cabin crew did not check. The 3 year old was jumping up and down on the seat. If there had been an emergency landing or turbulence , that child and baby would have been thrown up in the air....

Flew on June 28, 2016 AK 712. As usual the price was good. Check in was fine. The staff was fine. The time that is always an issue. The plane was late about 35 minutes.
