Budapest-based Wizz Air (W6) is a low-cost carrier and Hungary's largest airline. It flies non-stop to about 100 smaller or secondary airports in 35 countries. This includes points across Europe, as well as destinations in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Wizz Air's fleet consists entirely of planes with Economy Class seating. I was just about to book my flight from Eindhoven to Danzig and back. I was happy to have found the flights for 25€ amazing, so I was just checking for the luggage and hurray 16€ for each flight, awesome. I just click further and further but what happens AGAIN? Awful airline! Changed our flights without notice. Ended up missing out flights home and being told to sort alternaternitive flights whilst on holiday! Staff were rude and lazy, there and back! Plane hadn't been cleaned on the way home. Urine all around the toilet floor and toilet. Crumbs everywhere to the piont people refused to put their bags on the floor! I would never EVER fly with Whizz air again! Also after paying for your flight you also then have to buy your seat along with ANY LUGGAGE this costed us an extra £400 on top of our "holiday" just to get there with our bags. Utterly disappointed…

Worst airline experience so far. Worst grounding staff at the airport. I had flight Yesterday. with worst experience in my life. And now I was trying to cancel my another flight 10 days before the journey. The ticket price is 56.99. And the cancellation fee they are asking is 99 euro. What an insane policy !!! I had an absolutely terrible experience with Wizz Air, and I would not recommend this airline to anyone. First off, they were blatantly trying to squeeze money out of passengers by charging extra for baggage at every turn. It felt like a total scam. Priority class was a complete joke—no priority treatment at all. We were left waiting just like everyone else. Our flight, scheduled to take off at 11:55 PM, was delayed significantly. We were stuck waiting in a never-ending queue because the security staff wasn’t letting people through, and Wizz Air seemed utterly unprepared to manage the situation. On top of that, they wouldn’t even allow duty-free plastic covers, which was beyond frustrating. The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. First time experiencing like this from wizz air.…
