Nice airlines clean. Helpful staff had the old PanAm feel to it. Well worth the money. Forgot my bag at airlines came back and they had it for me the next day with everything inside. The people in La Paz were so nice!1

Changed gate then almost 3 hours late taking off. Sometimes not a lot of options in Mexico, this is one of the worst.

It is a very nice airline with nice and helpful stuff. The only draw back is that there is only coach and just 6 seats premier. It would be nice if they had a business class. But even in coach, there is more leg room that in many other airlines.

You do really get the lowest fares.... but the service is horrible. We left Tijuana, and there was no problem. When we left Mexico City, suddenly our luggage was to big, too heavy and the clerk was rude. You pay for everything, nothing is free. If I was not retired, I would pay more for better service.

We fly Volaris to beach destinations in Mexico about 4 times a year. We find them to be dependable and, normally, on time. They have a variety of choices when making reservations as to the amount of luggage, etc. which allows us to pay for only what we need. We have not had any bad experiences with Volaris. The crew...

We always travel to different cities in Mexico and Volaris is always our go to airline. It is not the most ample seating but there are upgrades available for a minimal price. They send me emails with 30, 40 or 50% discounts and when i get one of these i know it is time for my next vacation. See ya...

We fly Volaris round-trip from Guadalajara to Austin about twice a year. While we now are able to get our boarding passes and check in at home, when you get to the airport they have not yet managed to organize the waiting lines. The aircraft we flew to Austin on was quite new and, of course the seats are no...

This is by far the worst airline I have ever flown by, their app never works for purchasing extra baggage and by phone they charge you more. I gave them two stars because at least the flights were on time.

I only fly Volaris in Mexico. I had read reviews of other airlines and there were some horror stories. And reviews of Volaris were at least decent. So, I started flying it. And every flight has been good, if not, better than good. I'm not going to say 'amazing'. I've been flying roach coach. You can't use words like 'economy...
