The second-largest airline in Mexico, Volaris (Y4) is a low-cost carrier that flies non-stop to about 50 destinations. These include about 35 points within Mexico and about 15 destinations in the United States. The airline's fleet is configured with just Economy Class seating, though passengers can pay more for preferred seating toward the front of the cabin, as well as seats with more legroom. Food and beverages are available for purchase on the plane. Volaris has hubs at Mexico City's Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX), Guadalajara's Don Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla International Airport (GDL), Tijuana's General Abelardo L. Dear Volaris Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep frustration and dissatisfaction with the customer service I recently received while attempting to switch my carry-on service to a checked bag for an upcoming flight. Despite being a regular passenger who has relied on your airline for numerous trips, the incompetence and unhelpful attitude displayed by your team during this interaction have made me seriously reconsider my loyalty to Volaris. Not only was the representative I spoke with unresponsive to my needs, but they also failed to offer any helpful solutions to a very basic request. This is not the first time I have encountered such disrespect and inefficiency from your customer care team. It is becoming increasingly clear that Volaris places little value on customer satisfaction. As a frequent flyer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and support, yet what I have experienced has been the complete opposite. If this is how loyal customers are treated, I am left with no choice but to reconsider using your airline in the future. It is incredibly disappointing that Volaris consistently fails to meet even the most basic expectations. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and address the repeated issues within your customer service department before more customers like myself choose to take their business elsewhere.…

My wife purchased a ticket from Florida to Guadalajara, the ticket was for my mother in-law as soon as she enter the charge automatically changed the name of the passenger to my wife name, no even couple of minutes my wife called Volaris right away to let them know, the costumer service attendant was very helpful and kind, but the call dropped, when my wife call again another customer service answered automatically said she was going to charge and there is no refunds, she needs to buy another ticket, very rude did not even let my wife explained, and was not getting any refund, this is the second time we have issues with Volaris, the worst airline company, will never do any business with them as well my entire family. no customer service whatsoever.…

Volaris Customer service is getting worse and worse and they don’t seem to care. Their agents are completely rude and pretend to be professional but always have a defensive attitude. It’s almost impossible to talk to them because they seem like angry school teachers that like to argue with the customer. If you can avoid flying with Volaris is best because they will NEVER REFUND your money properly. They are a very unprofessional airline.…
