We have just finished flying on United Airlines with three short hops of less than two hours, and two 6 hour flights across the United States. We were blessed with no problems involving luggage, passengers, and the planes.

flight smooth, on-time both ways. Typical of most airlines-seat/legroom space is pretty tight-even for people like me (5/5' , under 120 lbs.). Flight crew personnel generally very pleasant, check in easy.

On this very large aircraft United had everyone boarded in a remarkable amount of time, despite the passengers who don't listen to instructions and cause extra work for the crew. The flight was comfortable and the crew was very nice. Good job United Airlines.

Comfortable flight - on-time departure and arrival. Great seats with plenty of legroom. Food was acceptable. Lavatory was designed for midgets. Must have own electronic device to see movie.

For a long flight, Polaris is the way to go. The extra money is well spent on a 11 hour flight. Great service and seats recline into full bed.

pack them on, then make you check hand luggage once the 1st 2 groups have boarded, make a right meal of doing anything. Once on a sat down the flight was fine, but the boarding process was deeply unpleasant. Seats okay, leg room is probably better than that in Europe on short haul coach

At first they were going to charge us extra to sit together, even tho we booked the tickets together. They did change this at the gate. We had to pay extra for bags that would have fit in overhead storage. The message at start of flight done by the stewardess was not even understandable, just seems like a flying cattle...
