This newer plane had the most uncomfortable seats for what was only a two hour flight. The seats were so uncomfortable it prompted us to upgrade seat selection for return flight, so perhaps that's the intent. Very disappointed.

My son and I require wheelchair assistance. We booked the tickets 2 months in advance and used a partner airline to travel from Toronto Canada to Houston. You would think this should be sufficient advanced notice. We had to wait in Houston to disembark since they did not have us as needing assistance. Assistance arrived with an attitude. We advised...

No significant issues with the flight. I expected to be wedged into a seat since I paid for economy class, and United didn't disappoint. I'm 5'10" and had but an inch between my knees and the seat in front of me. Interestingly, the CJR200 flight from COS to DEN had more leg room than the 737 flight from DEN to...

Left on-time and arrive on-time. Interior had been redone and leg-room was OK. Small regional jet, so limited carry-on room.

I was on an over 4 hour flight. One of the restrooms (of which there were only 2 in economy) was sealed and marked out of order. Nevertheless, the flight attendants insisted that people use the restroom only in their class so about four to one had very limited bathroom access. This should be forbidden by the FAA. We are...

Flights were on time. It felt like there was slightly more leg room than on other commercial airlines.

Gee whiz, people. If you're never going to get out of your seat on a 6 hour flight, please choose the window seat.

all airplanes that I fly these days are so tightly packed as to be uncomfortable, especially on an international, or cross country flight.
