I have no idea what's happened to this airline. I'd had positive experiences before. This time, they delayed my flight twice, for over 24 hours, and get this: ABSOLUTELY NO COMPENSATION. because "it wasn't their fault". What?! Who gets to decide whose fault it was for the delay? They do lol
What a joke. I had to book an extra hotel night, pay for food for the lost time (not even a food voucher), I missed 2 business meetings. They didn't care even after spending hours on the phone, and filling out "feedback forms". I even went to 2 Turkish airlines offices and they kicked me out saying I have to use the "feed back form". This was an exhausting experience and I will not be flying Turkish airlines in the foreseeable future.
