As a frequent traveller, I consider Thai Airways my favourite airline; its safety record is impeccable; the staff is first-class (both ground and air), the plane washrooms are regularly cleaned (unlike those of other airlines), the air quality is excellent, and the food is very good. TG tickets may cost slightly higher than those of other companies, but well worth...

Average trip however 2 of 4 takeoffs were delayed. Frequent flyer benefits (Star alliance) like getting boarded first was not organised in a structured way.

Long time since I flew Thai Airways due to old planes, indifferent cabin crew and fares too expensive versus other cheap carriers. This time accumulated points from Thai Amex had finally given me a freebie and it was, actually really pretty good. Much newer aircraft, free meals and drinks but seating little better than the cheap seats on offer. Truly,...

Best air travel in 50 years. Could not be any more efficient at check-in. A350 aircraft superbly comfortable seats, with impressive legroom for economy. Very quiet plane. Great inflight entertainment unit. Meals better than most.

I have never been treated like this before in my life. I cannot believe how an airline like Thai air, considered to be a great airline, can dare to treat customers like this. I wrote to them weeks before we were flying, advising them of my daughters peanut allergy. I requested the little snack packs of peanuts would not be...

We flew Perth to Bangkok on a 787 which is a comfortable aircraft. Bangkok to Beijing was on a A350 which is a very comfortable aircraft, plenty of legroom and the mood lighting is helpful. Once again the Crew were very attentive, the food was excellent and In flight entertainment adequate.

Thai Airways a good airline not a great airline. The good, they have the training in place for their staff to inform how important attention to detail is. They are mostly good at this. However the service to customers in the air is not always to as high a standard as it could be. Their website is clunky and needs...
