It began with a 5-minute check-in at the Changi airport - the fastest service. Both counter and flight staff served well.

We, I and my wife, flew SilkAir from Singapore to Kolkata, India. SilkAir is part of the Singapore Airlines Group. We had a very comfortable flight. The service was similar to Singapore Airlines - friendly, polite and with a smile.

Silk Air is a good alternative to Jet Star as they provide you with a meal, pillow and blankets on your flight without having to pay extra for these unlike other budget airlines. The cabin crew are all very friendly, always smiling and nicely dressed. Since SilkAir started flying from Darwin to Singapore I have stopped flying with Jet Star.

The trip was all great, comfortable and hassle free. Food is average, service on-board and on the ground is great.

Disappointed. Took 26 members of club from Townsville, Australia, to Singapore. Having travelled with Singapore Airlines on a number of occasions Silkair was very disappointing. There was no entertainment on a flight of nearly 7 hours. The food and service was also disappointing. Meals were not cooked and the offers of refreshments was non existent. Would not travel with them...

Impressed with flight but awful food - breakfast was plastic omlette, greasy sausage, beans and greasy hash brown. Soggy white bread roll , no fruit. What is wrong with serving fruit -,yoghurt and whole bread -- will bring own food next time -- so unhealthy

A big thanks for Silk airways for regular flights between Vizag & SG. Flight was comfortable. Leg space is ok. Hostage is good. Food is just ok (for asian veg meal). Value for money travel.

Cebu to Kalibo to Singapore. A quick jump to Kalibo and then to Singapore. About a 30 wait on the plane in Kalibo. The flight was ok. Plane a little late. No blankets...some words were uttered about it being Singapore Air's fault.

This was part of a muliti city booking Singapore Kalibo-Cebu. We stayed a week in Boracay and then went for a week in Cebu. This was wacked out. From Kalibo we had to get back on an International flight MI 599 to get to Cebu> we first went to the Domestic Terminal because it is INSIDE the Philippines...but No it...

The seat cushion and food taste is below average. Air hostess hair is messy and not attentive to passenger throughout the flight.
