MoreSAS is essentially a bargain basement airline. You have to pay for everything exccept a cup of tea or coffee. The first Air Hostess I asked for water wouldn't give me that until the trolley came round. the seats are uncomfortable and when we were delayed two hours they gave us just enough to pay a roll and no apology.
Very good. Service ok during the flight. But the new ides to serve food in cubes is confusing and not very attractive. I came from Stockholm and went on to London. My bag was lost and i got 24 hours later to my hotel. The information about my bag was very bad and ignorant.
Yes, on a one hour flight my bag was sent to the wrong city and it took 3 days to get it to the hotel. I must say that SAS did pay for my bills in a timely matter.
Easy check-in, easy boarding, on time travel, quiet flight, and cheaper than Norwegian. No food, but a tiny cup of coffee/tea which feels like an upgrade after flying cheap on Norwegian. This is the third time the return flight is cheaper with SAS compared to Norwegian.
