Will never fly with them again. They think we are stupid and don't have a brain. You buy a ticket to have one bag and to take on board. They then put a tag on your bag so you have to put it in the hold. When you get to Stanstead they come away with "There's no one there to...

Good flight out, disaster coming home. We arrived in ample time for our 9.25pm flight back to UK Stansted. We finally went through Passport Control to wait and wait and wait. No announcement, total lack of information. At 10.30 there was an announcement to say flight was cancelled. We were asked to queue at a different gate to collect a...

I have experienced many delays of Ryanair, but this one is the worst. 7 hours if delay!!! No updates, no staff, no idea whether the flight will be cancelled. Nobody cares about us. To give me the money back is not a compensation at all! I am depending on them. I have to work tomorrow and I am loosing 7...

5 hours 55 minutes delay, left waiting at Palma airport , after 1 hour Ryan air texted a 5 euro voucher, which they stated could be accepted in Burger King or Upper Crust in terminal D, not much use when there isn't a branch of Upper Crust near gate A18 and the Burger King wouldn't accept the phone voucher. Several...

The only flight we could get to return back home was Ryanair so we just had to suffer it and as it’s only a short flight we just took it. We desperately needed something to eat so we took the opportunity of the in flight menu and everything we chose wasn’t available when we did finally get something i was...

It was not the first time with Ryanair and it's always quite the same. Avarage flights with good prices and sometimes a lot to wait. It's good that I had to fly to Portugal and I have booked a flight two days before leaving spending not that much. If fares remain that low, I can stand even some delay.

We chose RyanAir mainly due to flight times, but the price also wasn't bad. We paid the extra for checked bags and priority boarding as we were traveling with a 7 month old, and she requires more stuff for 5 days than I do for a month, but that's another story... Overall, the flight wasn't bad, we were delayed for...
