Always delay in their flights in addition to a very bad service - the duty manager and another manager in duty ( Osama Khazali and Ryad Shaaban ) were not professional at all and were fighting us and fighting one lady and shouting at her in the middle of the hall. this is not the first time to have issues...

We were in transit going from Tel Aviv to Hong Kong with a transit stop in Amman and Bangkok to Hong Kong. Our luggage was ticketed to go from Tel Aviv to Hong Kong. When we were in the area of airline security where hand luggage is scanned before loading into the plane for the next segment of our trip...

I have to say I was expecting more because the plane was a brand new 787 Dreamliner. First of all our flight was delayed in Bangkok and they left us sitting in the plane 45min without a glass of water. The service was very slow and entertainment with a very small selection of movies. Furthermore, my luggage got lost with...

We loved Jordan; however, our Royal Jordanian flights to and from Amman (from JFK) were beyond deplorable. First: We purchased our tickets through the Royal Jordanian website in March for our mid-June flight and had the electronic printout of our reservation numbers and a statement that we were paid in full. The ticket agent demanded to inspect the credit card...

My co worker was supposed to leave on the 29 June at 9.35 pm. Turned out the flight got delayed for more than 30 hours and the flight took off at 1 July...

1st time flying RJ & opted for J class. Reason, best aircraft (wide body) for this route & an international biz class inflight product..comparing with MH, TG, OD, AK & FD. Their comfy 787 cabin is predominantly white, complemented by sand-coloured leather seats accented with red & grey. This makes the ambience very relaxing. Stepping onboard, greeted by 3 cabin...
