Overnight flight from Tel Aviv to Bangkok via Amman. Friendly checkin lady at Tel Aviv. The service was also very friendly . Very good vegetarian meal. The plane was a 787 Dreamliner. Good choice of films. Plenty of legroom. USB. Clean blanket. I got an excellent sleep. Arrived at Bangkok 30 minutes earlier than schedule. I managed to change the...

Very old, dated and worn plane. Toilets were not very clean and the food was poor. No efforts made for those with children. I think they have more modern planes on certain routes, but I was surprised by the quality of this particular plane given it was a fairly long flight from Europe.

We recently had a dreadful experience trying to get from Dubai to Munich with RJ, while travelling with our 2 young children. The flight from Dubai to Amman simply never turned up, in spite of being displayed as "on time" at the gate, on their website and on their customer service helpline. No-one turned up from RJ for approximately 2.5...

We were coming back from our vacations flying from Abu Dhabi to Montreal. We had an 8 hours long stop-over in Amman. To our surprise we were offered a complementary stay in the airport hotel and provided with a free dinner. Free shuttle in both directions solved the transportation problem. We did not need Jordanian visa. The flight itself was...

I never recommend Royal Jordanian Airlines to anyone as I had the most unpleasant experience that happened to me with them while I was going from Madrid to Cairo on April 18th, 2017, as I was supposed to have a one night transit in Amman under the impression that I have a free night stay at the airport hotel but...

The seats were worn, the entertainment was one channel and lasted 30 minutes before only a black screen. The leg room was cramped, and there was no footrest, sleeping was not comfortable. No headphones were provided. Toilets were a little dirty too. Food was a cold baguette. Didn't eat it.

It was rescheduled and after that delayed. Nice thing they anounced the reschedule but nothing about the delay. A kind of a meal was served, but it was better without. And no coffee or tea. Only for friends and family. The worst of it a full body patting and hand luggage check at the entrance in the airplane. No way...

Literally everything is terrible with this airline. I have first experiences them back in 2008 and was fairly satisfied, it was at the level of Airfrance i thought, but ever since the service, the timetables, the price have been terrible !! I would never recommend anyone flying with this airline unless you just gone missing for years in the Amazon,...

I love RJ, i always travel with them and their service is good. Some planes need renovation and they have excellent staff. On March i went from Beirut to Amman with Boeing 787, it was huge, has touch screens and spacious seat. Though the Business class seemed cooler but i cant afford it 😂 i strongly recommend RJ

Good airline but sometimes doesn't take off on time. I am not sure what the problem is with RJ but I am always held at the airport or in the flight for at least 30 minutes. We never depart on time! Staff is friendly and food is good (except the cheese sandwiches)
