I travelled as part of a group from Perth in Australia to New York via Brisbane and Los Angeles - and then did same return flights. The chairs were comfortable for a long haul flight and I thought the food and drinks provided were ample.

Clean and modern economy cabin. Pleasant service. Somehow they managed to squeeze a hot lunch into a paperboy - the shepherd's pie was great. Entertainment is the same system as business class + you get decent headphones. Seat comfort was good and not much more cramped than business (disclosure: the middle seat in my row was free on this flight).

We were lucky enough to fly business class from Perth to London, sadly to attend my mother's funeral. We were late leaving Perth, and there was a real performance on the tarmac for the Dreamliner to do a 20-point turn round a stranded luggage scissor loader which had failed to load bags into the hold, to get to the runway....

We have flown QF15 between Brisbane and Los Angeles several times. In the past we have been satisfied with our travel experience, although this remains a very expensive sector. However the flight on Wednesday 15 August 2018 was not up to standard. One toilet broke a couple of hours into the flight. Business class was full, and we spent long...

Normally I love flying QANTAS, and have found even the economy seating good. The flight to Australia was great (even the food, which featured a lot of really good fruit) except for the seating. The flight back was marred by a long delay for boarding and then a long delay on the tarmac (necessitated by a last minute repair). I...

You have to check your own bags in Adelaide. It’s new to us. We found it not user friendly however there was a staff member there to help. We did get the seats requested. The snack was not very nice - two little hard fruit ball things. Staff were friendly and efficient. Flight was on time.

On my recent flight QF23 from Sydney to Bangkok I experience my first difficult customer in front of me, Now I’m 6’3 and only just fit in an economy seat, now about an hour into our flight, the lady I front of me attempted to recline her seat, but had not luck as my knees are hard up against the...

This route is a Qantas service operated under Qantaslink banner by a sub contractor. The airplane was fantastic - a Boeing 717 jet, but with no inflight media and the supplied IPads did not work. Disappointingly though, this 7.30pm departure was crewed by young female staff who spent some one third of the trip amusing themslelves, eating and chatting when...
