NEVER flight Qantas again.

Our flight from Melbourne to Singapore was delayed but just by a couple of hours not a big deal. On the way back our flight was delayed by 24hour. No official apology, no help for Accommodation or meal. It was actually extremely hard to get any information from Qantas. I’m still amazed that we came back alive, given how poorly maintained the plane we flew looked. For both flights the crew was rude and unprofessional. How an horrible experience ! The food is absolutely disgusting.

And I though this rubbish airline was bad, its become even worse! The loops that precluded me filing a complaint with the airline now tell me that as 3 days have passed I can no longer do so. Crooks who appear to have a habit of operating non-existent flights (the one I was on was cancelled 3 days in a row); thieves who fail to honour the ticket they sell and a propensity for destroying baggage with an inability to raise the issue! Total garbage: given my exp[eriance I have only one piece of advice - DO NOT ON ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CONSDIER FLYING WITH THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENTS !!! Again, I repeat the only reason these clowns got 1 was nothing less was acceptable

Worst service!

Worst experience! Screwd up my holidays. I booked my trip through agent for Mel-Sin-Mumb. Everything was under one booking reference(PNR). Where MEL- Sin via Qantas and SIN-Mumb via Air India. Initially, I wasn't provided the boarding pass for my SIN-MUMB flight. My luggage was only tagged till Singapore. No information provided for me to clear the immigration and collect the luggage and enter again and check in again. This incurred me extra Aud$450 to book another hotel as I was traveling with two young kids.my luggage was in lost property. Thanks to Air India and Singapore Airport staff who helped to locate and on boarded my luggage to next flight without collecting and checking in again. On my return flight from Mumbai - Singapore in Jan/25 Air India provided everything from Mumbai. My luggage tagged through to Melbourne and no need to clear the immigration and recheck-In again at Singapore. If above wasn't enough my flight from Singapore to Melbourne delayed by an hour an half. I have emailed them seeking for refund for my additional stay at Singapore and submitted all the invoices, ticket reference number etc. It's been more than 10 business days and not received any response from them yet.

Qantas is not reliable

Cannot be relied for any travel these days. Staff is very rude to start with as you can find in any reviews. They have a tendency to look down on you in a condescending way. Make a misstep in any of there silly procedures, they will make you suffer. There is no sense in helping the customer, but to exploit and intimidate them for their gains. It has become one of those low standard, low cost carrier which we should be avoiding not only because they provide a substandard service, but be cause it is morally right.

This is my second comment about this decrepitly incompetent carrier. Since my last comment I discovered my baggage could not have gone through a mangle as I originally suggested - a bottle of suns cream had burst open despite no damage to the golf bag. What did these pathetic clowns do to my baggage to manage that while destroying the ou8ter bag but not the inner. The reason I now vent here is I can't even complain on their website - they've contrived to implement a number of loops that make it too difficult. This is a RUBBISH airline - avoid at all costs - you can't even register a complain Again I repeat the only reason they got 1 was nothing less was permitted

Check all your boarding passes especially if you have connecting flights. And ask about your luggage collection at transit.
