I am a Qantas platinum frequent flyer. I believe in supporting the national carrier so I haven't minded paying a little extra for flights. Qantas do some of the things other airlines don't do that make business travelers crazy, like allowing small children and babies in business class. Don't get me wrong, I like kids, I have a few of...

This was the first time we travelled first class on Qantas. We had previously flown first class on Etihad and Emirates several times. The service on Qantas is certainly superior and the food and wine are by far the best (well, perhaps with the exception of Dom Perignon P2 on Emirates!). The cabin in the A380 Qantas aircraft isn't as...

Qantas flight experience is the ideal way to start a lovely holiday [vacation]. I'll begin this review with a mention of the roominess of the economy seats. Now, I'm a big girl (approx. 5ft. 6in. and 200lbs) and I've never been so comfy in an economy seat. Even when I was 50lbs lighter (LOL). With much more room (Yes, even...

I'm just back from a six week trip through several countries. This was my final flight, I'd had some issues with another carrier so was hoping all would be well on this flight. It was. As a person with a mild disability I found the cabin crew went all out to help me. The seat was wonderful and very comfortable....

We are about to join a cruise from Hong Kong to Singapore and the package included Qantas flights which we were pleased about as life Qantas Club members. We don't overly enjoy long haul flights in ecconomy class, but budget dictates unfortunately. A week prior to the flight I received an email from Frequent Fliers Club inviting me to bid...

Our flight to Australia was very long, as expected. The aircraft on that flight was comfortable for Economy class. The food and service was very good. But, the aircraft on pour return flight of 12/3 was a different version of the first and quite cramped. We did like the option of flying Tampa to Dallas, to begin our journey, rather...

Pros: Planes are relatively new, Seats are very comfortable. Best part is they had a 2 x 4 x 2 arrangement. Having just 2 seats when you are travelling as a couple is very convenient. Nice big TV, with in seat charging. A few extra storage spaces which is nice. Inflight entertainment has a lot of options. You cant really...

Overall, not impressed with Qantas' Boeing 737 service... Left booking my flight quite late, so ended up having to pay quite a high price on Qantas for a similar flight experience to Jetstar. Couldn't watch the in flight entertainment as the fold down screen for our few rows was out of service also... The seats were averagely comfortable with again...

Flying on the "Queen of the Air", the Boeing Jumbo 747. I never thought I'd see the same cabin crew more than once in spite of the farewell line "we look forward to seeing you when next you fly Qantas". On this flight there were four staff with whom I'd flown several times previously. They were genuinely welcoming. It was...

Sydney lounge is very good. Return flights to Hawaii were both poor. Aircraft was old, seats shabby and food both ways was horrid. We got up at 4am to catch the 8am flight from Dubai. The business class area was dirty and old rubbish was down beside my seat. The flight was delayed 3 hours and an hour after we...
