Very accommodating and great service. We had forgotten to request certain type of food but we let let them know during the flight and accommodations were made. As other international flights, they do provide lots of yummy food as well as toothbrush, toothpaste, pair of socks and eye mask.

Guam to Hawaii on United does not serve meals and must be purchased separately. PAL's Manila-Honolulu flight serves dinner, mid-flight snack and breakfast all included. The flight from Guam to Manila (UA) and Manila to Hawaii (PAL) was cheaper than the direct Guam to Hawaii fare on United.

Not much to say about PAL as it's always late taking off or late on arrival. The cancel there flight without notice and you're stuck at the airport. They won't put you up in a hotel or even feed you. Don't fly unless you have to. If you go to one of the Philippines islands you have to go PAL...

Years ago i have sworn to never fly with PAL ever again due to their flight stewards attitude towards their filipino passengers. It is not only myself but the rest of my friends who dislike PAL. But few years ago i needed to go home and needed to fly asap. My experience was much better, and today, i have just...

It was a pleasant flight. It was on time. The attendants were very friendly and accommodating. I always love airplane food cuz like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get lol so I enjoyed my meal. Wine was readily available if you want it. There was just no tv on this plane though. I would prefer...

After quite a long time I have not flown Philippine Airlines, I would like to share my recent experience with PAL. First of all, the inflight service was already very good in the past but this time it was really at least a notch higher. For check in staff, they were all very efficient. They were also very efficient in...

Generally everything is fine but not great. The lounge is really not very good and very crowded. The seats on the plane are ok but not the latest generation. The food was adequate but not very nice. The IFE had a reasonable choice but the range is much more limited than say Emirates. But overall as the price was considerably...

Fast and efficient check in at Manila and Tacloban airport.I loved flying with Philippine Airlines because of free 20 KG luggage check in and 7 kg carry on included with your ticket. Otther airlines that fly to Tacloban no free check in baggage. Only 7 kg carry on board.

Note: We have filed several complaints through different mediums (mail, twitter..) and still haven't had a response from Air Phillipines (PAL) On arrival to the airport, we were told we had to pay a FOREFUTURE (?) fee of 150 USD for each passenger, because we did not take or cancelled a previous flight from Siargao to Cebu that we had...
