Two german air hostess were awful rudes to passengers. I don’t know what has happened, but they were very stressed and angry. Only these two women. Never met someone like that. Others air hostess were very helpful and polite.

Check in is the worst
Frankfurt - BudapestEurope
The worst check in system on earth. It glitches, won’t let you correct and tells you nothing. Garbage company. I’m done with them. I don’t want spend two hours trying to check in and calling them.

Booked flights for high price approx. 3 momths before.
We are a couple.
approx. 6 h before the flight there came an email that flight is overbooked.
Check in was ok, but could not select a seat, so we received seats appart from each other.
My girl friend was placed between two old man!!!.
No option was offered!
Stewardess did not ask pax. to change seat.
Lufthansa is far from a premium airline!
Only interested to make money and provide as less service as possible.
Gate in Bangkok was long walk and you have to take a train tonthe gate
... cheapest gate on the airport!.
No sockets to charge the phone at S1017.
Better fly Thai!

Terrible baggage policy and service

Lufthansa wanted to charge me 250 euro (more than the cost of the flight) to take a surfboard as my only piece of checked luggage. Surfboard was <15kg and short (177cm). There webpage mentions economy light tickets not being eligible to take a surfboard as standard checked luggage but nothing about standard economy tickets. I looked at upgrading the ticket but there is fine print that states the original baggage allowance will apply even with the upgrade. This is the absolute worst baggage policy I have ever experienced with an airline and is not made clear in their website. Will not be booking a Lufthansa flight again!

We found this flight experience unbearable. Space not just being the issue. Seating was dirty. The pocket at the back of the seat was raw sharp wire and torn dirty cloth just hanging. TV services unless you watched them on your own device was poor quality. Sound terrible with no Bluetooth connection. I will not fly with this airline again… other airlines flying economy have been more comfortable and clean..
