They mislead you into thinking you have a business class upgrade
They mislead you to think you've been upgraded with a dishonest email. They offer you to reserve seats on their website that are not available. The website is buggy. 'You are eligible for an upgrade with LOT Upgrade' when they are really saying: You have the option to pay even more for a pseudo business class seat (middle seat open) if you overpay even more by making a bid. So I can only recommend to book with a more honest airline. They are certainly not the only airlines that does this, but that makes it worse, not better. On top of this, the flight was already overpriced to begin with, the website suggested we could reserve seats that weren't in fact available. Just bad.…

Avoid LOT
Avoid it at any cost. I changed 4 LOT planes from 24th to 27th of September. None of them departed on time, no announcements, nothing. Really frustrating.

Worst airline staff
The staff of LOT airlines are very rude and unpleasant. They would not help with luggage even when passenger is disabled. Even for a business class passenger, they would not take a step forward, I would imagine how rude would they be for an economy passenger. Would never fly again on this airlines…
