I have flown Lion Air in and around Indonesia several time in the last few years. I have learnt the level of service to expect. Never plan a flight with Lion Air if you expect to arrive at your destination on time. The last time the check-in staff said the flight was on schedule which is unlikely considering that the...

First, the check in counter in Juanda Airport just ready at 5am (only Lion Air, another airlines started at 4am) and my flight was at 5.25am. Otherwise the lion air passangers had queue up at 3.30am. There's no explanation from the staff why the services were very very late and slow, then the counters looks very disorganized. Second, when I...

I have flown with Lion Air to and from Bengkulu, six times in the last year. It is a budget airline and thus no frills. The flight is one hour long and it is certainly fine for that trip. The seats are fine and the flight attendants are as well. In this last trip, we experienced a 5 and half...

Flight attendants were robotic and didn’t offer assistance with passengers carry on during boarding. Interactions with passengers didn’t have the ‘customer- service provider’ relationship. Flight attendants spent time gossiping with deadheading pilot instead of spending time caring for customers comfort.

Lion Air is well-known for not-so-very-well reputation, they delay most of the time. I've experienced their early morning, afternoon, and night flights, and found that you'd better to take EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS to avoid delay. I took 4:30 AM and 5:55 AM flights and it boarded as scheduled. On the contrary, I flew to Bali and Medan and both were...

It’s flight getting better than a few months ago those lionair was famous for the delay, but my flight and several flight around me was ontime and their services change to be more better. Only the baggage claim at JOG airport surprising long within 45 minutes to wait out bag at conveyor belt
