Im being pretty generous to give KLM a one star after a horrible experience they gave my Brother on his first trip to Manchester, and boarding a flight from Florence . So this is how the crap experience went by -> - My brother was supposed to catch a 6:30am flight from Florence -> Netherlands and they firstly cancelled the flight . Then put him on a Paris flight for 12pm, even though a flight left at an earlier time and he could have been given that flight but they offered no support or compensation. - When he reached Paris, his connecting flight to Manchester was in about 25 minutes , but upon arriving at the gate he was informed that his luggage can't be transferred and hence he couldn't board this flight....so they ended up delaying his journey furthermore by giving him a 6hours later flight. - Upon finally arriving at Manchester after a nightmare journey, he finds out that his luggage has still not arrived and instead will be arriving the next day. This trip to Manchester was for a Dream travel to Old-Trafford on which he spent 200 Pounds , and not only did he miss out on the Match thanks to KLM....but also given more worries on luggage care. So folks I hope you never experience such a horrendous journey , especially when travelling to a dream destination !…

Fantastic service on way out even sang happy birthday and supplied fizz for husband birthday our return journey was in a very bad storm but pilot got us down safely enjoyed free drinks and snacks great service will definitely fly with them again very enjoyable

Summery: KLM customer service erroneously told me that I could transport my dogs in the hold before I purchased my tickets. When I found out that this was incorrect, I requested a refund. They ended up refunding only the taxes- $134.62 of a total purchase of $2532.82. My wife and I are moving back to the US from Serbia and have two dogs that will be coming with us. Before booking our flight, I called KLM’s customer service line to check which flights can accommodate dogs in the hold. The rep was very helpful and found a flight that would work and advised me to “book the tickets and then call back immediately to make a reservation for the dogs”. I did exactly that. After making the reservations for the dogs, the KLM rep (different one) said that I would need to call back in two days to check that the reservations were confirmed. Two days later I called back and was told that not only were the reservations denied but that KLM has had a complete embargo on transporting dogs from Belgrade since March of last 2023! I was not happy. I contacted customer service again and requested a refund since they had given me incorrect information. Rebooking the flight wasn’t an option since KLM have NO flights from Belgrade that can transport dogs. The rep submitted the request and a couple of days later I get an email saying that they had refunded only $134.62 (taxes) of my $2532.82 purchase! It has been two weeks and despite many calls to customer care (and support tickets submitted), I have received no help from KLM. Disgraceful!…

Klm lost luggage going to America and returning to Turkey, I relieved my luggage 2 days after my arrival and upon my arrival in Turkey I am still waiting 2 days for my luggage. Totally unsatisfactory. I called KLM Netherland only to be hung in my face, never fly them again.

Seat 14 H was broken. The cabin crew did not offer an upgrade to business when no equivalent seating was available in Premium Comfort. I had to fly in a very uncomfortable position with no back-rest support during a 12 hour flight!
