JetBlue Bad News
Fort Lauderdale - NewarkDomestic
JetBlue canceled my flight and claimed it was weather related however every other airline with flights traveling the same routes at the same time kept their flights and there was no weather issue documented anywhere along the flight path. After canceling my flight they refused to take responsibility for my lost flight.

This airline is a scam
Newark - Fort MyersDomestic
This airline is the worst. They changed my flight time. They offered me a refund for $100 less and then stated afterward it’s a travel credit not a refund. This airline is a scam and it’s management does not care.

Disappointed
Orlando - AlbanyDomestic
I always do like to give reviews whether they’re good or bad. I really can’t say anything good about JetBlue for this trip. We were supposed to fly out of Orlando and go into Albany on February 8. Saturday. There was a snowstorm coming in about 8 PM that night our flight was at 1 o’clock and we were gonna be landing at 4 o’clock. JetBlue told us that it was canceled due to the weather. Unfortunately, we do not believe that we believe that yes the weather had something to do with it, but we think that JetBlue was just under staff and didn’t have enough people so they had to cancel flights And the reason why I’m saying this is because if JetBlue canceled because of snow, the customer does not get reimbursed. Jet Blue‘s next flight was going to be Monday night at 8:40 pm! There was just no way that we could stay an extra two nights we all work. So we ended up going to Southwest and got a flight at Sunday at 10:25 in the morning. We had to pay an extra $500 for those flights we had to pay $400 to stay at the Hyatt Regency, which by the way was an excellent hotel . And our food was about $200 total . i’m not sure if other airlines do the same thing and blame it on whether clearly we could’ve gotten home on Saturday. I just don’t know if I’ll ever travel JetBlue so as of right now I’m waiting to see if they’re gonna even refund me the money from our flight that we never took and see what else they’re gonna do for me. I’m hoping that they’re gonna do the right thing.

Nightmare
San Juan - OrlandoInternational
Jetblue 1st delays the flight and then says that group F has to check their luggage, meaning that the total delay can be more than 1 hour therefore the parking will charge more $$ The VIP lounge they have at airports is very small, so with approximately 5 people it fills up. The seat in the terminal was very dirty and the employee was not very nice. I didn't know that employees can wear football jerseys in addition to their uniform.

Meh
Boston - Santo DomingoCaribbean
Well, an interesting flight i guess. My first ever flight lol, and of course it’s casually an international flight.. First, boarding was delayed, enough time to get snacks, as you would think. Welp.. I didn’t. Anyways, I boarded, sat in the middle seat. Entertainment system, pretty dated.. but it’s alright I guess. Snacks? Pretty good, free too! The flight attendant was amazing! One thing though, if you’re 5’3 like me it’s not too shabby but if you were taller, legroom would be hell, my dad is tall but it wasn’t that bad, after a few hours your back will be hurting. Other than that, pretty decent flight! I would recommend flying JetBlue.

The airline itself is great, but their vacation packages are bad.

We wanted to be economical so I did’t pay extra to select seats. It worked out fine as partner was in the aisle seat right in front of me.
