I flew in economy while my wife and young daughter flew in business class. The airline staff were not attentive at all as compared to Cathay or BA service. When my wife asked for milk for our child she was given a quarter cup of milk. When she requested more she as it wasn't nearly enough she was told there...

This airline is doing so many things right but for someone with a decidedly western palate, like myself and my kids, the food is just inedible. We had an overnight stopover in Narita en route to Helsinki. Check-in on both outbound and return flights was very good. Staff were polite and efficient. Again on the plane, staff very friendly and...

I hadn't used JAL for years. I am star alliance kind of person. However there is no ANA flight from Chitose to Hanamaki. So no choice. They have comfortable leather seats, and free in-flight movie. I actually enjoyed it.

This was my second time flying with JAL to Japan. Awesome as always. Arrival time and departure time are super accurate. The airliner was great and there was wide leg room even in economy class. The seat was comfortable. In-flight entertainments, food, and services are great too. The domestic flight from Handea, Tokyo to Kansia, Osaka has free wifi. The...

Amazing service at counter at the haneda airport. Had requested a wheelchair in advance but didn't expect one while just checking in...such fast and courteous service. They even upgraded us to their lounge, which in haneda is a real treat. Thank you JAL for the amazing service!

Bottom line, this is another example of an airline company caring more about making money than making happy/repeat customers. Long story short, I work in South East Asia and travel back and forth from the States often. On my last trip back to America, my family and I used JAL/ Japan Airlines for our round trip tickets. They seem to...

It was very pleasure flight with JAL! New Dreamliner with high quality sistems on board - such as windows automatic curtains, movie ans sound system, light control. Our seats were in Economy class, but they were as in normal business class - wide and comfortable! All inside is very clean. We had food and beverages on board, and always it...

Seats were very comfortable; almost simple but functional. You can lay completely flat for sleeping. Pillows are very big and comfortable, and very nice blankets. Amenity kit is a case designed by Zero Hali Burton, with the basics inside. You also get a por of slippers. Screen is large, a good 23", however the movie & TV selection was very...

Excellent service from checkin to deboarding. The cabin crew were not only beautiful, but were polite, friendly and professional. The food was standard fare for an airline. Seats were comfortable. Premium economy is equal to what used to be business class. Foot rests, slippers, eye masks, noise reduction headsets, etc., makes a 14 hour flight bareable. JAL does all the...

This was a very comfortable flight, and the service was very good. The flight crew were very attentive and helpful. The meal service was good, as was the beverage service. In flight entertainment was excellent. Warm towels were a nice touch.
