I purchased a ticket in June off of tripadvisor. Since then the prices have dropped. Can I get a refund of the difference I am traveling in October. The ticket is for passenger Taylor Smith (my son)

Originally the 2 x 32kg baggage allowance drew me to fly with Hawaiian. That's a pretty generous luggage allowance! We flew Brisbane to Honolulu. Then on to Vegas. Then LAX to Honolulu. Then Honolulu back to Brisbane. All 4 flights were excellent. Friendly staff. Good inflight service. Tvs in every seat. Every flight was on time! Highly recommended!

Our favorite airline to fly to Hawaii with. Comfortable seats, great service, as soon as you get on the plane you are already feeling the Aloha spirit and an added bonus is the extra luggage

We have been lucky enough to travel in premium cabins on a number of airlines and we're hoping that Hawaain first would be better than it was the seats didn't recline much which was an issue on a long night flight and were REALLY uncomfortable. From a privacy perspective the divider between cabins was a see through piece of sheer...

Had to "purchase" a blanket/pillow to get comfortable. The airline lost our luggage and blamed it on another airline. We arrived on a Thursday and luggage was not delivered until Sunday night. When asked, the handler stated this was an every day occurrence for them. Refused to compensate for any inconveniences. Will NEVER use Hawaiian Air again.

I booked my return flights with them for NZ from SFO-HNL-AKL, I was supposed to fly to Honolulu and wait there for 3 hours and connect to a flight for Auckland , I went online to check the status(I check every few weeks to make sure everything is okay) and sure enough this great airline changed my flight from Honolulu...

A trip from HNL to JFK is faster than with stopovers, but was it worth it? I don't know. Here's the thing, the food service is lousy, and there are no vegetarian or other special meals. There is no free multimedia on board or wifi. The service is pretty lousy, and the seats are narrow and really terribly uncomfortable. So...

Flew SFO-HNL. Picked Hawaiian because their flight was the most convenient time. Boarding was normal, no warm/friendly greetings that you might expect. Plane was clean and seats comfortable enough. Entertainment was terrible, no free Movies/TV shows (everything was $7.99). Only free options on the screen are things that push money to Hawaiian. CONSTANT overhead announcements: Hawaiian Credit Card, Hawaiian Earbuds...

As soon as I arrived at the ticketing area in Phoenix, the Hawaiian Experience began. The uniforms of the ticketing agents, the "Aloha" greeting as well as the Live Aloha vibe, the "Mahalo" as you finished at check in and headed to the gate--all say (as loudly as the Aloha shirts) You Are going To Hawaii!!! Great beginning! Check in...
