First time of flying with this airline and treated myself to business (Laurel) class and I couldn't fault it apart from a slight delay on the way back. The seat and bed was extremely comfortable and the service and meals were fabulous. Proper champagne too!

1) EVA Air used Boeing 777 throughout. The SIN-Taipei and Taipei-SIN sectors were more comfortable as there were 3 seats down the centre section while the Taipei-SFO and SFO-Taipei sectors were more squashed as there were 4 seats in the centre section. I am short (5'2") but even I found the legroom dismal. Interesting observation:-long haul flights-cramped but short haul...

EVA is my favorite airline to fly between the greater China region to North America even better than Cathay pacific. They 777 serves reverse herribone seats gives you the exclusiveness and comfort. The soft service including food choice, drinking list and cabin service are top notch in the industry. They have nice amenity kit and pajama continue to stand out...

I enjoyed EVA airline more than the majority of other airlines. The food was not very good, but the staff was extremely helpful! The crew goes above and beyond; we were impressed by their service. I would recommend flying EVA for long distances! They had a large selection of movies, and I believe they have more legroom than most airlines....

Nice airline, good service in flight. The main thing I liked was that their flight went from Bali, Taiwan, Seattle to Denver. The 10 hour flight from Taiwan to Seattle was an easier leg than SF to Singapore on the way there, which was 17 hours.

EVA is one of only four airlines that fly direct to Bangkok from Heathrow, the others being B.A, Qantas, and Thai. Out of the four EVA is by far the best. Often the cheapest of the choices but by far the better experience and most comfortable cabin as the configuration is 1-2-1... plenty of length when the seat is extended...

This section was part of my YYC-YVR-TPE-MNL-SIN-HKG-YVR-YYC all J class trip and the YVR-TPE-MNL segments operated by Eva Air were ones of my favourite flights among this entire trip. Boarding in YVR was a breeze and very organized. The moment I entered the plane, a friendly and welcoming flight attendant ushered me to my seat and asked what pre-take off...
