Low-cost carrier easyJet (U2) is the United Kingdom's largest airline. Headquartered at London Luton Airport (LTN), easyJet flies to 32 countries across Europe, Africa and Asia using a point-to-point route model. All of the airline's aircraft are configured with single-cabin Economy Class seating. EasyJet keeps airfares low by offering few complimentary services, and passengers must purchase both food and beverages while onboard. The airline has more than 20 bases across Europe. Of those, London Gatwick Airport (LGW) is the largest. Other large bases include Milan–Malpensa Airport (MXP), Bristol Airport (BRS), Luton and London Stansted Airport (STN).

Worst airline ever! Moved our flight time to a late evening one totally unsuitable for our 5yo disabled daughter and said tough luck when we queried it, refused to transfer us onto an earlier one that had space and was the same price without us paying £60 penalty despite the fact it was closer to our original departure time than the flight they had moved us to. Dana simply quoted their terms and conditions to us which basically says they can do anything they want and don't have to honour our booked flights/times and that it's tough luck Why are the regulators allowing these sorts of terms? Why aren't they illegal? Even with such terms, you'd expect a company to do the sensible thing / the right thing but clearly easyJet are desperate to reduce their customer satisfaction rating even further. These people don't honour the agreement you think you have and don't care how badly they screw you over - avoid at all costs…

I’ve been a loyal EasyJet customer for years, but it’s clear the airline’s standards are slipping. The services no longer match the prices they charge, making it feel like we’re paying more for less every time. EasyJet used to strike a great balance between affordability and quality, but now it’s edging closer to Ryanair levels—and not in a good way. From inconsistent customer service to a noticeable decline in onboard comfort and reliability, the experience feels cheapened. We once joked that Ryanair was the "Aldi of airlines," but EasyJet isn’t far behind now. Couldn’t fault our flight travelling to Gran Canaria from Glasgow (2/12/24) staff were all lovely. The flight from Gran Canaria to Glasgow (9/12/24) all the staff were lovely on this flight too. My partner wasn’t feeling well at all on the flight he’s type 1 diabetic and the 2 girls working from the back of the plane were so lovely and pleasant they couldn’t do enough to help my partner and kept checking on him to make sure he was okay. a pure non amateur company, delayed flight. If client pay, the company have to justify and refund total price from the first minute delayed. we pay for professionnal service, their business to do their job IN TIME. Do not buy anything to Easyjet

I’d just like to leave a positive review specifically for the customer service agent that I just had the pleasure of speaking to. Unfortunately the “leave feedback” button didn’t work and I didn’t want to leave him unmentioned. His name is Haroun and he dealt with my issue instantly (my flight time for the summer next year was changed and I wasn't happy with the new time as it changed from early evening to early hours so I wanted to change the flight) and our lovely conversation that followed his super quick solution was very much appreciated and very heartwarming. I’ve had to deal with some extremely rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional people on the easyJet live chat before. One even tried to scam me! So getting connected with someone as lovely as Haroun was really great! Thank you :)…
