I dont normally review airlines, but I think Delta deserve a well done for their excellent service when we were grounded in Nashville en route home last week due to heavy snow at our interim airport. Within half an hour of the first leg flight to JFK being cancelled we (a group of 6) were re-routed for the following day...

This flight both to and from Cancun was a real pleasure. My last Delta flight made me want to avoid this airline, but this flight truly redeemed it! The cabin crew was pleasant, helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure that everyone was comfortable and well taken care of.

I flew in a DELUXE COMFORT seat and it made the flight so much more comfortable. The flight attendants were pleasant. The flights were smooth.

No one received peanuts because someone had an allergy! Had an aisle seat and not enough room for the FAs to not constantly hit me as they went up & down the aisles. I am beginning to hate Delta!

Fine service and personnel. Seats acceptably comfortable. Good movie selection. In summary... a good (long) flight.

We were pleasantly surprised! The 16 hour flight seemed much shorter. The flight leaves in the evening, so after two initial hours during which you are settling in and having dinner, then it is time for sleep. Fortunately we booked Premium Economy which was most definitely worth the extra fees, since the seats recline more and have extra legroom. And...

Delta featured its new “suites” on this Airbus 350 and frankly, it was a disappointment. Both my fiance and I are “normal to small” in stature so we fit comfortably in this little space but I actually prefer the older model Delta One space where you were not so “enclosed”. Good features were the bed option and the entertainment screen...

flight was on time, was a fairly new Canadair CJR900, flight was full even at 6.00 a.m. Got a good tasting crunchy bar, flight attendees served coffee, water and soft drinks, got to detroit on time not missing my connecting flight, Since last years Delta really improved

We normally go first class but this was a last minute flight for a family matter so we had to go coach. We got Exit Row Seats which really helped. But it seemed clear that the Flight Attendant not enjoying anything. She never smiled once or would even engage in the smallest conversation. We felt we were imposing the one...
