Their service was great. The only hiccup we experience was that no crew member spoke English on the flight to Mexico. When we stopped of at Panama to take other flight to Mexico the staff changed therefore no crew member spoke English as I needed help with the Mexican declaration form. Thankfully for the Google translator camera which translated what...

Started off bad! No curb side baggage drop off or boarding pass. You have to stand a long line waiting for other customers to balance the 50 pound limit on their suitcases. But after that its all good! Nice customer service. Didnt get that snotty flight attendant attitude throughout the flight. The plane itself was ultra modern, nice roomy seats...

This is a much better way to travel between South America and the Caribbean, without the hassle of going through the busy Miami hub.

First off, my husband and I got upgraded to first class on our last flight (we didn't know it until we were entering the plane and they switched our tickets). Normal economy class in COPA is just fine though, more legroom than other airlines, free meals, and self-managed FREE movie/TVshow/music/game console. And free drinks, even in economy. Ground crew are...

They go at great lengths just to prove how wrong the customers are and enjoy making you pay for unnecessary penalties

Both flights (roundtrip), were on time. Service was very attentive in the Business Class cabin. Before take off we received drinks and during the flight the meals and beverage service was good, although for the length of the flight I would have like the meal to be more abundant, specially on the return flight (lunch time).

We flew on a Thursday leaving Miami at noon and arriving in Bolivia at 10:00 pm with a connection in Panama City. Everything went smooth as it could. There was about an hour delay in Panama due to weather, so we arrived in Bolivia around 11:00 with all of our luggage. This is the 4th time that we've flown Copa...

We had a day time flight from Rio to Panama City. The airline was great. Service was very good and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. The food and beverage service was excellent too. What I enjoyed the most, however, was the chance to see the Amazon jungle from the air. We had broken clouds most of the way...
