Airline staff from the counter to the pilot were courteous, jovial, and professional. The planes were clean and the pilot took the time to ensure everyone was familiar with safety equipment.

Returning from our trip overseas we landed in Boston at 1:45pm to connect to our Cape Air flight home at 3:50pm. We got our boarding tickets at the check-in, continued thru the slow moving and long line at security and got to our terminal just to find out that the previous flight was delayed and therefore our flight would be...

I will never use Cape Air again!!! Initially I booked through CheapoAir to go to Boston Massachusetts. I flew a Cessna in July 2, 2018, to Chicago then American Airlines to Boston with no issues. I returned on July 10, 2018, via Jet Blue to Chicago, then Cape Air to Decatur then St. Louis, MO. I last saw my checked...

Scheduled 8/4/2018 8:55 am to Boston on Cape Air 3041. They changed flight number to 3021-no notification to me. Called 8/3/2018 at least 4 times and got at best 32 minute wait or press 1 for call back. Pressed 1 three times, never a call back. Finally waited ~45 minutes-never got a real person. Also the WEBSITE DID NOT WORK,...

I landed in Boston and my Cape Air flight to Provincetown was more than two hours away. Heavy storms that were sure to cause problems were moving moving in. An earlier flight to Provincetown was delayed; I requested to be switched to that flight. The gate agent was able to get me out before the storm, and she made sure...

Cape air is a convenient carrier to take you from NYC to Martha's Vineyard and other New England areas. We did run into issues where the plane could not land as scheduled on Martha's Vineyard due to fog so we landed in Boston and had to figure out our own way to the Island the next day. The return flight...

Wow... came across this airlines while looking for a short distance flight. I was shocked when I saw the rates.. then I called to confirm and the rates were correct. $19/one way. Plus no change/cancel fees. What??? Is this true in this day & age? Okay, so it is a small plane.. 9 passengers max. Normally, I am not a...

They offer you a ticket price and don't advice that you have to pay $25.00 for each bag. Service at check- in counter was terrible. Four employees, two of them working and the other two talking in spite of people waiting for service. Boarding personnel are nice and efficient. Planes are nice.

The pilots and all the staff are very helpful, polilte and professional. It is a quick flight, and the experience of being in a small 9 person airplane was actually really great. Definitely recommend it for quick "island hopping" trips.

“Cape Air flies very small planes. They are not the most comfortable, but a 25 minute flight sure beats a two-and-a-half hour drive.”
