British airways short haul flights have really gone downhill. They no longer offer any complementary drinks unless you've paid for a higher class. I try and choose British airways because they're not a budget airline but I've honestly had better experiences with easyJet and Ryanair. British airways no longer feels like a mid range short haul airline but a bottom...

Just as last time I flew with British Airways, they didn't have enough room for hand luggage and people had to check their bags. This is really frustrating: either make us pay extra for hand luggage or don't promise that we actually can bring a bag into the cabin. I choose to travel light for a reason: I don't have...

We chose to travel premium with BA because everything worked in really neatly, and on the outward leg we had a great flight with a great crew on a virtually empty plane (BA53 2/2/17). On the way back the plane was full (BA48 18/2/17) and the crew was less than perfect, nobody doing the safety demonstration, spilling coffee over passengers,...

Today's experience is of the quality that I would expect from such a world class leader. Lovely clean modern aircraft. Excellent cabin crew who ensured that they did everything that they could to make such a long flight as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We were served good quality food and drinks.

On the way to Fiji I took BA from Prague to London before transiting to LAX. It was a short flight (<2 hours) and it was satisfactory. The customer service is great, the staff are always there to answer your questions or assist you with anything. If you're fussy about meals, I'd recommend another airline as the food they offer...

For the first time we pushed the boat out and upgraded to Business Class with BA. We were naturally very excited by the whole experience and when we tried to choose our seats online we were told that there was a charge of a minimum of £70 per seat to reserve going up to £150 per seat. I was astonished...

As a British Airways Silver Card holder, how nice it is to be personally welcomed upon the check-in desk and in the Galleries Lounge. It's always a busy Airport but for staff to find time to give a service is refreshing. Once on-board the Aircraft, champagne awaits and staff again helpful. Seating in Business Class excellent and the Lunch served...

BA have moved from North to South terminal and installed self service booking in luggage drop off kiosks which do seem to have sped things up a little. Once through security the newly redesigned departure area is very badly thought out as there is very little seating available (not BAs Fault). Once on plane in cattle class everything is done...
