Worst Airline - Avoid at all cost, bc it will cost you more than your flight
Oslo - PhoenixInternational
Had multiple delays that caused us to reroute our outgoing flight from PHX-Oslo, so we arrived a lot later than expected. Phx-London-Oslo, turned into Phx-London-Brussels-Oslo. (Even though we arrived in London, stood in security line, and our plane was still there - they would not let us through to board. Maybe they overbooked the flight.) Then for the return flight, there was a layover from Oslo-London-Phx. London-Phx flight got cancelled. We stood in the British Airways line at the airport for over an hour and they finally sent most people out, telling everyone to find a hotel, and we'd get an email with a rebooked flight. Later that night, no email still for flight the next day. Called BA, and they couldn't get us on a flight til 2 days later. We had to be back for work by then. Ended up booking a flight with United for next day. So, we lost out on $ from the cancelled BA flight home, had to pay extra for the United flight, hotel, transportation, etc. In the end, BA refunded us $380. Nothing for the cancelled flight, or the flight we had to book with United to get home. BA = BS!

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower Complaint Regarding Cabin Bag I am writing to formally complain regarding the treatment I received from your ground staff at the gate BA0830 from LHR to DUB on Tuesday 25th March 2025 I specifically purchased a ticket that allows me to bring both a handbag and a cabin bag clearly displaying the Sunflower logo. I have a chronic medical condition that requires me to carry essential items with me at all times. However, despite this, BA ground staff ignored my and my sister’s requests to allow me to take my bag into the cabin with me. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge my legitimate need for access to my belongings caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety throughout the flight. I would like an explanation as to why your staff disregarded my ticket allowance (quoting only T&Cs as a get out clause) and failed to accommodate a passenger with medical requirements. I refer to the pledge below made by Tom Stevens of BA. Additionally, I request assurance that this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences for myself and other passengers in the future. I expect a response at your earliest convenience, along with details of any steps your airline will take to rectify this matter. Perhaps a medical verification page when booking might be a good idea. Tom Stevens, British Airways’, said: “Almost half a million customers who require additional assistance fly with British Airways each year. We’re proud to be the first UK airline to partner with Hidden Disabilities Sunflower and are committed to doing everything we can to support customers who may need additional assistance as part of our BA Better World programme, so they can have the best possible experience when travelling with us.”

Got our first meal half an hour after taking off , which was fine . No tea or coffee ! Then we were told all drinks were finished straight away ! Then got no service until an hour before we landed ! Absolutely disgraceful! Will never fly with them again !

Good seating in Premium Economy. Recently updated. 'Although persons designing these seats should try sitting in them for 12 hours'. Good legroom. Pretty good selection of movies and tv series. Main meal very good. Breakfast very good. Selection of wines. Coffee not bad either. Snacks during flight not worth mentioning. (Must do better). This seating section needs own toilet. Not good enough sharing with economy 200+ passengers. Cabin crew very good. Plane departed on time, arrived 45 mins early.

BA experience with Karen and Terry

Cabin crew good …. had a large man sat in front of me that kept pushing his seat right back… at one point I thought it was going to break ( this is not personal about the weight btw as I am no slim Jim myself ) it is about the lack of support in the seat The couple behind could be described as a right Karen and Terry…. Did nothing but moan ….Cancún would have been glad to be shut of them…. If you want to get up close and personal with your very own Karen and Terry (inconsiderate people) book economy seating. However on the way out to Cancún we booked premium economy this is definitely worth the money on a long haul flight ….. bigger seats more leg room and better service all round …. If you don’t want to come across Karen and Terry on your trip Economy plus all the way
