They absolutely provide nothing, you get on the plane and then you leave. No drinks, no water nothing without them selling it to you. The flight attendants are nothing but glorified sales personnel. I have traveled on them twice now out of London and in the future will avoid them at all cost.

Travelled with my family to London for vacation from Chicago. One of my kids has a Tree Nut/Peanut allergy so was concerned about her first transatlantic flight since carriers are still serving nuts. I mentioned it to the gate agent who informed the Flight Director, Ian. Within the hour he called me in the BA lounge in O'Hare, assured me...

Although a relatively large area, the seat layout means that it seems more crowded than it probably is. Some of this is that many of the seats appear to have been positioned for groups of 8 -10 people when most of the groups are actually much smaller. The décor and fittings seem to be from a decade or two ago...

Having never flown British Airways before, it was a lovely surprise on the flight out to have plenty of legroom and then a free bacon butty and a juice. However on the flight back, not so good. Firstly nobody had been able to print their boarding passes so the 2 desks at the airport had to do everyone's. We queued...

Standard Economy Flight. Generous hand luggage allowance (one flight sized case plus handbag/laptop bag). Leg room cramped but had enough space so that i wasn't squished when the person in from reclined. Wouldn't rush to recommend but then not sure any standard economy flight would be that great. Food wasn't up to much. The in-cflight entertainment screen was tiny and...

As most people know, BA still operates a fleet of ageing Boeing 747s. A few have had a major refit and some have had a partial refit. Unfortunately, the Denver flights have the elderly 747s with a very limited update in the relatively small First Class cabin with dated decor. As an example, before even reaching the runway the doors...

Really disappointed with the BA craft we flew in on our recent holiday, a 777. Taking into consideration that we were flying economy and understandably can't expect too much, the interior of the craft was very tired. The seats were very close to the row in front, uncomfortable (with some passengers complaining they couldn't sit in theirs at all) and...

We booked our holiday through Virgin, but as unfortunately they do not fly to Cape Town we had no choice but to fly with British Airways. Before we even flew I found their customer services to be awful, very unhelpful to the point where I could not talk to them anymore. We had to pre book seats so that our...

The A380 from LAX to London was fabulous. The music playing preflight, and the pleasant crew was just spot on. Great way to start our vacation. The 747 on the way back wasn't as nice, but once again the crew was great. Check in at LAX wasn't the best at the BA counter. But this was our first time with...

Good flight, good service. the food could be a little better, but was good. Drinks serviced often and they gave us a snack of ice cream which was nice.
