Terrible staff attitude, food worst, on board entertainment mediocre comparing to asian european (BA or LH) or middle east airlines. Loyalty means nothing to AA anymore, now that is headed by US Airways. AAdvantage program is no longer attractive even for Advantage Lifetime Plantinum members, they problably would like to get rid of us soon.

I recently flew First Class to O'Hare from Tampa (and back) and booked far enough in advance that the fare was very reasonable. Both ways the flight was excellent, but it was the return flight (2504) last Friday evening, after all days meetings 3 days in a row, that I was very glad I booked American First Class. From the...

This is the third time of flying with American Airlines, as a leading company all I can say is there going to take some beating. Obviously I can't say about the cockpit crew only Thanks for getting me from A to B safely, but the cabin crew are just fantastic, they work tirelessly on these long haul flights.

This flight was on time and offered the right amount of leg room without having to upgrade my ticket. Tickets and luggage fees are still pricey but in order to avoid delays and lost luggage it's worth it.

Pretty good service and a nice flight overall. The check in experience, while a bit slow due to the large number of people, was also pleasant and painless with plenty of people around to help if you didn't know what you were doing or where you had to go.

I haven't flown in a long time and tend to be a nervous flier. I chose to go R/T from Philadelphia to Athens, GR via American Airlines. I can't even begin to say what a truly terrific experience I had...not only with the flight, but with the crew, and the entire boarding experience! Very experienced and attentive flight crew on...

They changed the gate three times before departing late. For the original gate change we had to take a shuttle from one wing of the terminal to the other. Then it was changed again twice. Felt that there was nobody in charge.

This was a first time flight for my 4 year-old. The experience from RDU to LAX was okay. I learned that using the in-flight "GOGO" WIFI app was not a great idea. I paid $21.95 for an in-flight pass and was blocked from doing anything other than a Yahoo or Google search which produced results but would not allow me...

We (3) flew on AA from DFW to LGA in July 2016. We booked from AA.com five months in advance and got cheap tickets. We had a good flight and good ground services. The flight staff was friendly.
