I made the mistake of loosing a flight and asked for help at the counters of Alitalia. I admit it was my fault. What discouraged me was their behavior. Their attitude was now it's your problem. If you wish to fly that costs you 3,000$. No trying to help, no other options, no desire to solve the issue. It is...

My reason for taking this flight is that it was actually cheaper than the Egyptair direct flight. Their website is a disaster, as is the app. No chance of checking in beforehand and my efforts to get a seat with more space (€30 each leg!!!) were fruitless. Due to their (they freely admit) disastrous systems I was able to blag...

I flew from Palermo to London, making a stop in Milan for the connecting flight. The flights were on time, both landing early which was great! There were also free drinks and snacks offered on board of both flights (coffee, tea, coke, water, juice etc) along with some savoury and sweet snacks. The staff were all very friendly, and the...

I am very surprised by the customer service I have received since booking Alitalia. They are rude, unhelpful, and frankly do not care. It is rare for me to write a review but I am disappointed with the amount of money I spent for a flight and what I have received in return. My flight was delayed 4 hours because...

Worst customer service in the industry. The flight attendants need a lengthy course in customer service. Absolute bare minimum food on a 9 hour flight, and no snacks (not even for purchase). Seats were very uncomfortable and the landing very bumpy. I don't understand how they are still in business, when there are so many other airlines that actually value...

Flying via Milano to Catania took us five hours. Not bad for the cheapest option. The service is drinks only (with a biscuit). As partner of the Star Alliance I expected more. Esp. At lunch time. E.g. During My short flight to Valencia KLM served a Nice sandwich.

The stewardesses are unpleasant and not helpfull at all. At first the check in machine showed that i hadn't paid for baggage (i had), when I said this to one of the staff member she told me to go to the regular check in desk (where one of the stewardesses was arguing with some woman). There they said that i...

I didn't have a computer to check in so I called the 1-800 number for Alitalia. I was told to download the mobile app and that is the best way to check in. Easier than a desktop. I downloaded the app on my iphone and I was unable to check in. I called the 1-800 again and they the rep...
