Fabulous airline. It's hard to find fault with anything. The lounges are spacious with many seating variations to suit business or leisure, single or family groups. The choice of food and alcohol is fabulous and the Barista does an amazing job churning out huge numbers of fabulous coffees. The only difference once you are in flight is the quality of...

Air New Zealand has great NEW Airbus Aircraft, with best room, quiet and lots of room. Food and service simply the best to none. Great movies, onboard entertainment even programmed with your name and welcome you onboard, save favourites and more (shame does not save or transfer to other Air New Zealand flights). Touch screen and keyboard options. Enjoy it,...

Had seen good ratings on this airline but was extremely disappointed with the service on board and quality of the food. The staff were almost invisible, mostly behind the curtains talking. Water when it was brought around was slopped over you as it was poured from a jug at your seat. Food quality was very poor and tasteless. Check in...

Very friendly and caring flight attendants. Great food, really good in flight entertainment with a beautifully curated selection of music and movies. Love the safety video. Actually makes you want to watch it. Keep up on your innovation guys, you are definitly the only way to fly.

Super clean. Very relaxed. Highly organized. Lovely staff. Good legroom in economy. Black sleek leather seats. Usb compartment for charging.I preordered a vegetarian meal online. I bought a ticket that enabled me to watch movies. Not great selection but kept me busy. Definitely will fly on it again and will recommend.
