Will never travel with anyone else. Flight was a little late leaving but still made it back before original ETA.

Check in at Auckland airport was fast and friendly. The lounge at the airport is nice and spacious with good food and drinks. Boarding was on time and as always fast. Service on board was friendly as always.

Our first long haul flight and it was great. Love not having to go via Sydney or LAX, makes it hassle free. Short overlay in Auckland was good too. Economy seats on 777-200 were good, didn't expect them to be that comfortable for a plane. Great inflight entertainment, plenty of new movies and some TV shows. Kept us occupied. I...

Always a good flight with Air NZ. We paid extra to have the food and entertainment package and enjoyed this wile flying over the alps. Their entertainment is great along with their safety videos. Very clean planes and fab staff.

Having flown with plenty of airlines one simple can not fault Air New zealand. The customer service along with the modern touches makes flying with this airline an experience rather than a chore. I simply can not recommend Air New Zealand enough. Thank you

The trip was flawless from check-in to arrival. The check-in was smooth as was boarding; the seating was very comfortable; the attendants friendly and helpful; and the on-board service excellent. The aircraft departed and arrived on time.

Excellent value: By shopping around and being somehat flexible with our dates, we were able to fly Business Class for less than several other carriers charge for Economy. The beds were very comfortable, food and wine were excellent and the service simply outstanding. The massive Koru Lounge in Auckland, which included a wide range of (fairly mediocre) food and beverages,...

Probably the best airline, all good. Staff always pleasant and friendly. Only downside is they no longer have L & P on flights. :-(

Flying through Los Angeles is a very tiring flight. If I travel again i will fly eastwards. The comfort in Economy is ok but not over generous. Meals were good and the staff very attentive. New Zealand is very special and a must go and tour
