We always make sure to book the national flag carrier of each country that we intend to visit and the symbol that it carries that defines the nation's culture and history.

Such difference from our previous flight in July 2016. The seats were the most uncomfortable ever! We paid extra for seats in the middle of the plane and it was a torture to sit there. There was no leg room and the seats were hard and the head rest was terrible. Just very low quality seating. We flew JetStar from Honolulu...

Our flight from Auckland to Honolulu was delayed about one hour which was disappointing. The flight was bumpy and food and service pretty basic excepting we were in economy. Nothing spectacular. Our flight home from Honolulu was delayed and ultimately resulted in us missing our connecting flight home to Wellington which was disappointing. Overall average for such a well recognised...

Fantastic airline with great crew service. Flight was the smoothest I've ever experienced. I didn't feel any anxiety traveling on this airline. I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed the way the flight crew handled a very difficult flight. I think it was one of the most turbulent flights I have had and pretty scary flying through cloud into Queenstown. Passengers gave a big round of applause on landing smoothly and safely.

A top class Airline however the food is below their 5 Star rating and the Leg Room in Economy on the Short Trip between Auckland and New Zealand is so tight that the 6ft Tall passenger behind me kept accidentally kneeing into my back all flight as he was trying to get comfortable.

We have flied Premium Economy on several other airlines in recent years and this was by far the best experience - comfortable seats with lots of room, decent entertainment, good meals and generally a very comfortable flight (s).

Flight was smooth. On time. But once on board you get nothing. Except a water tea or coffee during 2. 1\2hr flight offered once. Pockets full of rubbish. No inflight magazine. You even had to pay for inflight movies... $10 a movie. Really miserable I thought. Staff ok but focussed more on more important passengers. Disappointing NZ airlines when I...
