Air India Business Class (AI188: Toronto to New Delhi)
I recently traveled with my family on Air India flight AI188 from Toronto to New Delhi in business class, expecting a comfortable and premium experience. However, the journey turned out to be extremely disappointing.
The seat assigned to me was broken and could not be converted into a bed, making the long-haul flight very uncomfortable. The table tray was also damaged, adding to the inconvenience. Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the cabin crew, their response was far from what one would expect in a business-class setting. The staff showed little concern and did not make any effort to provide an alternative solution.
Given the premium fare paid for this journey, such complications are unacceptable. Traveling with family, we expected comfort and convenience, but instead, we faced unnecessary challenges. Air India, as a national carrier, should uphold a much higher standard, especially in business class. I sincerely hope the airline takes immediate steps to improve its service, maintenance, and customer care to ensure a better experience for future passengers.
