I was expecting the seat to be very comfortable since I was flying with 787-9 dreamliner, but to my surprise seat was hard and uncomfortable. I have to shift often to relief the pain. Seats are wider and pitch are better. Food served was okay, first meal was nice served like first class but the second meal is the same...

After an amazing experience with the ground staff at check-in in Delhi (DEL), I snugged in to my seat in premium economy (PE). I really liked the Indian food served for dinner, compared with those that are typically served on Air Canada (AC) flights. The service was good, warm and polite. There was a delay due to a passenger needing...

Compared with the many times I’ve flown from Toronto (YYZ) to Tokyo (HND) with Air Canada, this flight was average and ok. Good service and good crew, nothing special but sufficient. It was the first time I’ve seen that both choices on the menu were chicken, which made me wonder what a vegetarian would do …

My brother in law and I flew to Japan for a quick holiday. The Air Canada crew were very friendly and professional. The flight was longest flight I’ve ever taken but there were no issues from the service provided. The meals, snacks and free movies made the trip a ton more enjoyable. Thanks Air Canada!

I recently traveled to New York and back with AC. The first three flights were all excellent with attentive, friendly staff but the last leg was a horror. The flight out from Vancouver was an hour delayed, however after boarding and take-off cabin service was initially friendly. I had an excellent vegetarian meal and slept for a while. We must...

I flew from Toronto (YYZ) to Mumbai (BOM) on Air Canada for a business trip. The aircraft was a 777-200LR, and I flew in premium economy (PE). The 777 has a 2-4-2 configuration in PE, and I was lucky to have my neighbouring seat open. I also liked that the tray moved up and down significantly (about 10 cm), which...

I don't know how an airline from a developed country can put up with a carrier like Air Canada. Given that the top airlines are from Asia, it beats me how they are able to please guests as kings and queens and the likes of AC can get away with treating people like cattle in many respects. Really sucks, but...

The flight was three hours late out of Delhi as a result out of the smog. Throughout the wait the crew kept us posted on what was happening and let us know what we could expect. The flight itself was very good. We have flown on a variety of European, US, Indian and Sri Lankan airlines over the past while...

This would have to be the worst business class flight that I have ever been on. Not a patch on Emirates, Etihad, Qatar, Singapore or Cathay Pacific. The shared business class lounge in Brisbane was ordinary at best, similarly for the lounge at Vancouver while waiting for a connecting flight to Vancouver Island. When I first sat down in the...

Mi wife went to the Kelowna Airport and they took a lot of time to check in customers that were in front of her. When she got into the counter they said the flight was close (for 1 minute). My wife had done check in online, but need only to check her bag. No help from the front desk. Darleen...
