We recently flew from Calgary to Cancun. We found the flight attendants to be lazy. I pushed the attendant button for assistance. Over an hour later I still had non response. In fact I never did get a response. Thankfully it was not an emergency. If I had been traveling alone and it was an emergency what would have happened?...

The flights left and arrived on time. The crews were friendly and helpful and the plane was clean to start with. The low-lat meals I ordered were delivered to me and tasty.

The Air Canada website doesn't allow you to book a place for an infant. Instead, they ask you to make a booking, then immediately call reservations. Then I called reservations where the wait time was 30 to 44 minutes because 'they are experiencing an unusually high call volume'. I've tried to call Air Canada numerous times and there is always...

I always fly economy--and frankly, I don't have the problem with it that some people do, probably because I'm short! My husband, however, is 6'3", and on a recent holiday we decided we'd spring for premium economy. This was an overseas flight of 7-8 hours' duration either way, so we felt it would be worth it. The one thing I'd...

Original flight cancelled for whatever reason as none given by Air Canada the day prior to departure. Ground staff very helpful and in-flight crew kept guests informed regarding the delay as we waited for about twenty late arriving guests on an inbound flight who needed to make their connection. Not a big deal.

Air Canada's Q400 planes are dependable and reliable although the overhead bins are all but useless for more than a newspaper if that. Flight departed and arrived as per schedule with a rather bumpy approach and landing at Moncton (YQM).

Our trip to Athens had a stop-over in Toronto. We were told our Rouge plane had mechanical problems and could not be used. We were given a new gate number where another Rouge plane was waiting. However, every 15 minutes an announcement told us that this flight was delayed. Over an hour later, when we finally took off, the captain...
