Dishonest airline that tried combine three flights of people into one flight. This resulted in delay of 5 hours. Air Canada is puts profit over customers. The air attendants keep making excuses of why the flight is delayed. Do not book with Air Canada.

Air Canada may advertise itself as the best North American airline. I actually agree considering other airlines such as United or American being absolutely terrible. Once you've traveled in Asian (such as Cathay Pacific or Singapore which I often fly) or Middle Eastern airlines, then you'll realize Air Canada is not all that good by comparison. On my flights (four...

We took an Air Canada flight to DC because WestJet did not have any good flight times. Normally I do not use Air Canada as I do not like their customer service. I must admit that this flight was very pleasant. they service was very good, all flights were on time and they even found the I pad I lost...

Flight was on time, no problems. We booked our seats 24 hours before take-off and got the seats we wanted.

Waiting at Hartford for our flight to Toronto with connecting flight to Edmonton kept getting pushed later and later due to a maintenance issue. It was evident that we would not be able to meet our connecting flight. We didn't have to enable or pursue the staff to find out this information. The communicative, kind and friendly agent approached my son...

Flew Business Class from Baltimore to Seoul that included a stop over in Toronto. This had to be the best airline experience I have every had. Great service, amazing meals and meal service to include Lobster Salad and the lay flat seats made the long flight much easier to endure.

The flight was horrible. The customer service is very poor and our luggage was lost and no customer service representative could give us the right information on our luggage. The flight was delayed. No internet connection. you have to pay for a tablet without a head phone. Very horrible services. The plane was very old

After having a disaster with a Delta itinerary, we were rebooked on Air Canada to Vancouver. Overall the service was friendly, well organized, and efficient. Like many US airlines boarding was by zone and there was not sufficient room for all roll on bags. It was a completely full 5 hour flight. Surprisingly for a flight of this distance, there...

I flew from Montreal to Phuket. I had 2 transfers and everything went smoothly. I recommend getting extra leg room for long flights or fly business class. The service was great and I have nothing bad to say. Because I had a transfer in Toronto and Seoul going there and 2 returning, I only took carryon. Make sure your layovers...
