OK, I live in San Diego, CA, I do not speak Spanish. My Wife and I decide to spend 5 days in Mexico City and fly out of TJ through the CBX. From start to finish, easy as pie! I have always traveled extensively on a myriad of Airlines but never flew AeroMexico and was pleasantly surprised by the entire...

I will never fly them again, small seats, no leg room at all, They misplaced our luggage and the first 3 days of our vacation were ruined, and I am not getting any response from their customer service. We had to buy clothes and personal items at our hotel. When we finally got our cases they had ripped my husbands...

Gave advance warning via travel agent, who contacted the airline and confirmed it would be not a problem. Spoke to staff about my nut allergy, the information was not passed to the staff on the plane and the only food they were offering were peanuts! We had the option of getting off the flight, but another was not due out...

We flew from DFW to MEX airport mid January. The ground officers and the air hostesses were excellent and helpful. The flights were on time. The airplanes are nice and clean. We got a sandwich snack box on the flights. However, there was no entertainment system on the flights.

I decided to fly back home on business class. Used the Aeromexico lounge at Cancun airport. Very poorly catered, only bad sandwiches, peanuts, chips and cookies are provided as food. I would expect to eat properly at a business class lounge. This was certainly not the case. Drinks are ok The seat comfort in business is good. I had an...

I got to my seat to find an umpleseant surprise. My serving table was full of chewing gum. Not a very nice experience if you ask me. They also provide ONLY peanuts for a two hour flight. They also happen to be the most expensive carrier in Mexico

Well, if you are going to fly from Mexico City to the US, Aeromexico is my choice. Why, three reasons; you actually will be served FREE OK food, (not filled with sodium, like what is those box luches for$10 or so), Free alcohol and very nice people to serve you who actually appear to have genuine smiles (ex head shrinker...
