Flight Aerolineas Argentinas AR1873, departure 17:30, arrival 21:30. Flight on time, smooth landing, luggage was quickly restored, great crew service, except for the (very) small bag of peanuts they offer with a coke, coffee/tea or water.

Flight Aerolineas Argentinas AR1876 from Buenos Aires to El Calafate, departure 13:30, arrival 16:45. luggage. After 50 minutes wait, a company employee appeared to tell us that the luggage was not lost... and would be delivered in a few minutes. Twenty minutes after that (not a few minutes) the luggage appeared. An example of bad communication and mistreatment with the...

The Business Class meal on this very long flight was rather basic, served with very little ceremony, no choice of main course - all in all only a small cut above an economy class meal. We had booked to fly from Barcelona to BA but the flight was cancelled and we had to make our own way to Rome for...

Good service, good flight. The inflight meal was a very simple ham and cheese sandwich, but I found it to be very tasty. On the negative side, I'd given them my Delta frequent flyer number online, but they didn't credit my miles to Delta.

Aerolineas Argentinas was a very good surprise. We flew from São Paulo to BA (Buenos Aires) and then to Mendoza where we stayed for 6 days, then to Córdoba / Bariloche, staying for 7 days in Villa La Angostura, returning for BA and São Paulo, by Economic Confort. Flight always on time, no problems, new airplanes, good surprise. Economic is...

It is nothing special yet it is sufficient. Airhostesses are absolutely not interested in the passengers. Hautain to use a good French word is the best to discribe them. I woul certainly try to fly a other company.

To be honest, the airhostesses were not at all interested in their guest. Not one sad a word let alone a nice word. The English spoken by the airhostes, well I am still figuring out what she was trying to tell us. The flight itself was okay, just the staff wasn't.

The 8 hour flight was one of the worst in my life. The legroom was abysmal, the chairs were extremely hard and uncomfortable, to the point that I questioned how they allowed these chairs to be in a plane, the food was an awful mush, the flight attendants were very rude and bad at their job, and the aircraft itself...
