This flight departs at a very early hour 6.15 am. So be warned. Dublin airport at that hour is a very busy spot. Aer Lingus does fly from the new Terminal 2 building and so the departure experience is much better than from Terminal 1. As we were travelling as part of an arranged holiday we were not able to...

Direct non-stop service certainly appealed to me and I was not disappointed. Crew were friendly and efficient. The individual seat entertainment systems worked but were slow and a bit clunky in operation. Sitting towards the back of the aircraft was noisy from the jets I thought -- I recommend sitting forward of the aircraft if at all possible. The self...

It's just a short hop from Dublin to Manchester but Aer Lingus make it pleasant from booking through check-in and flight. Friendly service on board going and coming. Flights on time. The aircraft operated by Sobart Air is a turbo prop and best reserve seats at the rear where the toilets and door are. So no need to spend extra...

I got news that my brother was dying in Ireland. My son booked a flight to Cork from Heathrow but when we got there he had made a mistake and booked it for a month later later. We asked their office at Heathrow if we could change the flight, they had several seats available so sold us two seats for...

Our best bet to get to Shannon Ireland from Boston seemed to be a direct flight on Aer Lingus, United offers flights that go through Chicago with only 1-2 hour layovers, but you can’t beat the direct flights. Of course there is always the dilemma of business/first vs. economy, is it really worth it. Up front you can pay 3-4...

This was the first time i made use of Aer Lingus and was positively surprised. I took the Plus option so that i could check in one bag. I also spend 4 euros extra to select a chair in the front rows. Everything went very smooth and efficient. At check in they did not even look at the carry on...

Online check in made without any problem through the App. The staff were very pleasant and helpful as usual. The flight landed a bit late because of the weather conditions in Dublin Airport but the we were informed about it.

On the same path, Aer Lingus is as cheap as the main, low cost, competitor (at least on summer). Room on board, personnel, ground services are ok. I particularly appreciated self-service drop off at Dublin airport (of course, after online check-in): I printed the labels and left our luggage in minutes, while a long queue was slowing moving on our...

We flew from Belfast to Malaga for two weeks on the Costa Del Sol. I am very impressed by Aer Lingus. The Captain regularly provided useful and interesting data about our flight and the cabin crew were friendly with excellent customer focus. Flights on time too!
