Our first flight with Open Skies was not a good experience. We were delayed about two hours before we took off. The plane was uncomfortable and cramped. There was little legroom and the seats were uncomfortable. iPads were passed out but most were broken or not charged. Happy we actually landed safely.

This is litterally the worst airline / airplane I have flown in my entire life. I travel for work and pleasure all year round and this was the worst experience from beginning to end. Highly highly Not recommended. The plane was so old im surprised we even landed safely. It was so dirty and jankie , nothing was working. I...

I am so sad about OpenSkies. I have been flying them for a solid 8 - 9 years, giving up platinum status on AF to do so. Their PremPlus was the best deal across the atlantic, old wide business class seats from the 80s-90s, a limited number of seats, a personalized experience with crew who remembered and looked after you....

I started flying with Open Skies from NY to Paris when the company first started...you had access to the lounge at the airport, the seats were in leather , wider, more leg rooms and they reclined almost completely flat ... we were given iPads for entertainment and the meals were not so bad for airplane meals... I am today seating...

This flight was tough. 1) ran out of 2/3 main courses. 3rd one not an option. 7 open seats. Why? 2) No WiFi i !No work = lost revenue. This is a Daytime flight - most of us work. 3) No power for electronics? Ran out of power. Even small cafes in Paris provide portable power devices. 4) Try Compaigne...

Average flight, old planes (both ways), staff who didn't seem too keen to serve the passengers. Requested for help multiple times but was made to wait very long, I eventually had to walk over to them to seek assistance.

Orly is so much closer and less crowded than CDG. Check in was effortless and the business class departure lounge was far better than United. Good food and very comfortable. On the plane the seating was comfortable. Not sure if they were lie flat because it was a daytime flight. Food and service were much better than US domestic business...

Flew Open Skies to and from Newark-Paris. Good news is it goes to Orly Airport, smaller and closer to Paris than DeGaulle. Our original flight was cancelled in advance--had to go a day later. However, more good news is both flights were on-time and arrived safely--the two most important components IMHO of any flight. If you need anything else, good...

I’ll give my highest recommend to this flight! Starting by the lounge, where you can relax, plug-in your Mac and enjoy. On the plain, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. I’m not a fan of plain food, but this one is very very good. It’s a must if you want to go from Paris to New...
