On our way as family of four to New Zealand we went via Brisbane. My husband mistaken our booking, he thought the ticket that he bought via online booking agent were included meal. When we found out there were not included, we were very upset because we didnt prepare any food for the children. When we told one of flight...

I don't normally travel with this airline. But my experience was lovely. The staff were friendly and attentive. We were given something to eat along with coffee or a beverage (non alcoholic) which I thought you had to pay for. All in all i would travel with this airline again.

Our recent weekend family get a way to Sydney proove to be exactly what the Virgin Economy x offers exactly like their commerial on TV. Priority boarding, more leg room, comfortable seats with neck support also seats towards the front of the airline, Paying that little extra is worth every cent. My daughter commented that the extra leg room was...

The flight was a little late leaving Hobart but made up time en route & arrived in Sydney on time. The seats are comfortable & staff very pleasant. The snacks are not the best but on a short flight this is not important. All together an enjoyable trip. We always try to fly with Virgin in Australia as even out...

It was an Air New Zealand flight operated by Virgin. Shame really. We got there safe and sound without frills. Air NZ do it much better across the ditch and have more upgrade options, seating options and if you are a Koru member their bag handling is very much quicker. The Virgin 737 was basic and was clean and tidy,...

We chose Virgin Australia to do the final leg of our travel from Toronto to Karratha. We did a layover for the night in Brisbane which worked out very well and stayed in an airport hotel so we could catch our Virgin flight the next day. The flight to Perth was good. We had loaded our entertainment on our devices...

Could not believe the difference in travel between Qantas and Virgin. The queueing at Melbourne airport for over 45 minutes was ridiculous. Then the attitude at the departure lounge was disgraceful. One particular hostess made the trip home from a lovely weekend in Melbourne very upsetting. Her attitude was very poor and she should change jobs.

Our flight to Uluru was delayed due to high winds but we were well informed of departure time. A good flight with very attentive hostesses. Bought a very pleasant lunch and were offered a variety of drinks. Arrived at Uluru Airport without incident.

We did not enjoy our trip up to Cairns with Virgin AU, but had pre-booked the return flight so were stuck with them coming home - no improvement at all. Seats were cramped, head rests still did not work, still no inflight entertainment, and instead of a protein bar for a snack we got hummus - yes really. Never saw...

We have flown many airlines including the three main Australian domestic services. In our minds, Virgin always comes out on top for timeliness and offered services
