Complaint by MMFC traveller summed up FlyBE beautifully, no wonder the airline has recently been taken over, the way they treat their passengers they soon won't have any!! I travel the world with my cabin baggage and no problem! I checked in for my return flight and nothing said to me until I was challenged at the boarding gate. I...

Do not fly with this airline unless you are £100% sure of your baggage dimensions. I was charged £50 at the boarding gate because the wheels of my hard shell case were a few centimetres above their measuring cage. I have used this case many times with different airlines and had no problem. My friend's fabric case was allowed through...

Feel sorry for anyone that works for this airline 😔 they must go through so much abuse from travellers due to the fact that Flybe baggage measurements DO NOT match the other airlines. It's so much smaller!! So be warned if it states it's a cabin case it isn't for Flybe. Even the size that they state on their website...

I like the fact there is only 2 seats in a row rather that the usual 3 which means you do not have to sit beside a stranger and service was good and beers were 4 euros which is not too bad compared to some airlines, BLT was nice

Unfortunately, flying abroad via Manchester, it has to be Flybe. We have to pay an eye-watering price for a mediocre service. No complaints with the planes or the punctuality but the staff really do leave a lot to be desired. On the Outward flight, a party of sportspeople, one of whom was drunk, were among the passengers. The drunk insisted on...

Take my advice unless your luggage will fit into something the size of a crisp packet (and I don't mean a multipack), book your luggage into the hold when booking, or even better use a different airline with an acceptable baggage policy. I'd only ever used flybe once prior to my current trip and on that occasion I used a...

Also got caught by the luggage scam.A cabin case I have used on Ryanair,EasyJet,Thomson,Virgin etc was mm’s too big for Flybe! Newquay airport were apologetic and embarrassed whilst the Flybe staff just didn’t care.(staff training definitely needed). Also had problems the website would not allow me to manage booking.

Confusion since the take-over, Book in on your old reference number plus your surname & this then brings up your booking voucher.

Ground staff seemed unhappy - no smiles or greeting anywhere. The flight was delayed but no explanation given. Flight was so noisy no announcements could be heard at all. Not a great experience for the price one has to pay. The return journey was with Blue Islands - what a complete contrast: pleasant staff, comfortable new aircraft and could hear...

Because of flight schedules I recently spent some in the lounge of Southampton and witnessed this farcical cabin baggage con in action.I the relatively short time I was there I reckon they took over £1000 in fees for rejected baggage, often because the wheels just sticking out of the frame, which is cunningly designed to be slightly smaller than that...
