I recently decided to book a flight six months in advance but after three day I realised I would not be able to fly due to a massive fear of flying. I asked Flybe to refund my ticket and they said I would have to submit the request in writing as they had a no refunds policy. After 10 days...

Very small aircraft, comfortable though. They allow two small bag as a cabin luggage. But remember standard cabin luggage size does not apply. their prescribed size is more smaller than that. This is the reason, they allow two bags. But I have noticed that they do not bother about luggage to much. I have noticed that some luggage did not...

When one boards an airline to go to Spain a jet is expected not one with propellers however a quiet comfortable trip I had. A good meal and thanks to a tail wind we arrived on time despite a late take off. I was somewhat confused by the ground staff though. One never knows these days about baggage costs and...

Chronicles of a nightmare. EU Regulation 261/2004 Airlines have a duty of care to look after passengers, even if cancellations are due to extraordinary circumstances out of their control. The regulation introduces a three-tier system: • in the event of long delays (two hours or more, depending on the distance of the flight), passengers must in every case be offered...

Very friendly service. Great value. I loved that the pilot came out to greet us and tell us about himself, the copilot and the weather. It was such a friendly gesture.

We fly with this airline a couple of times a year they are always very good and arrive on time, it is handy to fly from Southampton as its local, they are a bit over priced for the service they provide but ok for a short trip away, small aircraft so very cramped,

In these days of `carry-on` bags it really isn`t good enough for significant route Airline Carriers to be using Dash 380/Turbo Prop aircraft with wholly inadequate overhead lockers which cause significant issues when it comes to trying to store your `carry-on` bag :(

First time I have flown with Flybe, was impressed. Friendly efficient service. On time and the smaller planes I preferred to give a more relaxed feel somehow. Used the App which was great for the outbound but wouldnt work for the return!? Also they ran out of drinks pretty quickly! Grrrr Good Airline would use again!
