Much better than expected for LCC standards, just as you'd expect for paying half of the normal price if you'd flown Cathay or China Airlines. The service is terrible, staff are young and ruthless, but as expected again, for the price you pay. Since my trip was last minute and a short haul just a few hours I thought I'd...

Surprisingly comfortable for an LCC. However, no frills plane means no entertainment, no food and no drinks not even water. Small price to pay for reasonable airfare.

I've flown with Air Asia, Vietjet, Jetstar and Tiger Airways and my best experience was with Tiger. From check in to baggage claim there was absolutely no issue. The flight left on time, legroom was fantastic, the plane was clean and legroom was more than I expected. My flight cost around £40 and I can say that Tiger Air would...

New plane, smooth service but flight was late with lack of updates on how long etc. It turned out to be weather issues (very common over there). Apart from that, just a normal, average low cost carrier.

My flight experience with Tigerair Taiwan was overall pleasant one, except that the plane took off during an impending typhoon and it was honestly the scariest 30 seconds of my life as the turbulence was scary. Other than that it was a pleasant flight.

My 1st experience with this airline, as budget airline I expect the service just like others but the crews are nice. The checking process is fast even with the long line, that is acceptable to me.

Honestly, I booked with Tiger because it only cost me $500 USD for the roundtrip flight from Taipei to Bangkok and that included my four-night hotel stay. Super cheap price. That being said, don't expect any free beverages or snacks. Not even a packet of peanuts. Granted the flight was only 3.5 hours, so it was no big deal. The...

It did not submit passengers prior to the arrival, which caused everyone not being able to clear the custom for more than an hour, and the stuff at Haneda even said this was a mistake done by TPE side, not us. We do not care who did what, as it's THEM who did this poor job. Cabin Attendant has no...

We flew Tigerair Taiwan on NRT-TPE IT201 with B-50011, a brand new A320-232. The booking process on the website was pretty smooth, no complaints there. However, trying to Check in via mobile phone, things quickly went abysmal: There are three different Tigerairs, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia. All of them share the same websites, but have different spots there - and...
