48 hours after I was supposed to depart, I think I'm about to finally leave. Did the multiple airline employees ever say what the problem was? No. In fact, they covered up, they lied, they begged ignorance. Sometimes all at the same time. Case study in terrible customer care response. I assume there was a major issue, but I have...

Given a preference between the two major carriers serving the north, I must admit to preferring Canadian North. I don't really know why, as they operate B 737-300 aircraft that are, one must say, experienced. Refitted with new engines, however, they are pretty snazzy. The important thing, though, is that they are on time. And their inflight service - a...

Air Canada rebooked our flight due to storm in Calgary. So we end up taking Canadian North airline early in the morning. As we boarded, I can smell the food already and when you are hungry... So I asked for the price of the breakfast and the answer was "free". Domestic flight with free food? yes it still exist. so...

I've flown all over Canada on a number of airlines and I have to say I've never been that impressed by the service, that is until I flew Canadian North! Right from check in to touchdown, it feels as though the employees really enjoy their jobs. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, they serve free meals, and even allow you...

I love this airline and their employees. However the baggage handlers between Edm and Cambridge Bay are horrible. I usually buy pop in the south because it's $2.25/can in Cambridge Bay and the airline ALWAYS manages to bust a few cans and make a mess. The 737-300 between YZF/YEG offers little leg room but there is lots of leg room...

A charter airline used by Newleaf Travel. The flight left on time and arrived earlier than scheduled. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The aircraft was clean and there was sufficient leg room. I had no trouble with regards to my checked baggage and carry-on. Since this is budget travel company everything is extra in cost and there is...

My wife and I flew from with New Leaf on Sat 8 oct. This is a new low cost Airline in the Canadian market. Flights are bare bones but prices are also bare bones. Hamilton to Victoria return for $540 for both of us. Let's hope this new company can service and keep prices low. Congrats to New Leaf for...

I enjoy flying with Canadian North, I try to fly as much as I can, except for the flight coming back had a bit of turbulence, overall the flight was excellent. I live in Fort Smith and when I want to go to Edmonton, I fly to Yellowknife in a 15 seat plane and I have to fly with them...

The flight was commissioned by Newleaf and we expected a Flare airline to take us as that is what NewLeaf deals with. We had a Canadian North Plane pick us up. It seemed like an old plane. As long as we got there we were happy. It had no tv which wasn't a huge deal on a two hour flight....

The are kind, they give you a paper to read, they feed you ... everything you want in an airline, they provide. I would whole hardheartedly recommend this airline to any traveler flying up to northern Canada.
