This is the 2 nd time this year that we have flown to Rarotonga with this airline and I have to say that I have no complaints about its service. Very efficient and staff more than helpful. Would definately recommend them.

It is great to have an airline that flies between remote communities of the Top End and that comes with its own difficulties. However, my most recent experience has been a bit disappointing. It was not until after we were due to board the plane that we were informed the plane would not be coming that afternoon and we would...

This was our first time flying out of Toowoomba. We usually fly out of Brisbane, but on checking the prices plus parking for a week I was surprised it was still cheaper to fly out of Toowoomba. Plus you don’t have all the driving to & from Brisbane. It was less stress & so convenient. I was even surprised we...

We flew to Cairns from Darwin via Gove with our 5 month old baby. I was nervous about the journey being a new Mum. The flight attendant was so lovely and offered special assistance and any time should we need it and I felt at ease right away. The meals, drinks and the newspaper were all included on both flights...

My wife and I recently flew to Kununurra to help out some friends on a property there. We were able to fly from our home town (Toowoomba) to Kununurra in just 6 flying hours, stopping at Townsville and Darwin, leaving home at 1200hrs and arriving at 1530hrs (local times). It was not at all an onerous or uncomfortable journey. AirNorth's...

First flight alone with my little one and from check in right through to the end of the flight every single staff member I came across went above and beyond to help out. Hostess Megan was so gorgeous with bub and made our flight. So happy with the service, thank you Airnorth!
