The airline has an all-economy cabin with two seating types: Best and Standard seats. I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with this airline. Every single flight I've booked with them has been plagued with significant delays, causing massive disruptions to my travel plans. It's beyond frustrating to be left waiting for hours on end with little to no communication from the staff. Their lack of punctuality is truly unacceptable. The last time I flew with them, my flight was delayed by over four hours. No proper explanation was given, and the staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused to the passengers. On another occasion, a delay caused me to miss an important meeting, leading to a cascade of complications. The lack of organization and efficiency is apparent in every aspect of their service. From the check-in process to boarding and baggage handling, everything is painfully slow and poorly managed. The customer service is equally disappointing, with representatives offering minimal assistance and showing little concern for their passengers' needs. I strongly advise against flying with this airline. Save yourself the stress and choose a more reliable carrier. Your time and peace of mind are worth much more than what this airline has to offer.

Booked a last minute trip the staff was helpful with our booking but it took over a hour to check in with our service dog after following their instructions (don’t submit online if less then 48hr notice just fill out and print the form which we did) while the staff tried their best to help us and were very friendly, we were informed we should have just submitted it online anyways. They didn’t offer any pre boarding options for any one(wheel chair elderly young kids disabled military ect) and the space was very cramped, we didn’t have room overhead for carry ons as that space was filled with toiletries and at 5’6” my legs were squished against the chair in front of me before they reclined. We had to squeeze the service dog under the chair and he just had enough room to lie down and poke his head up. The flight staff was very friendly and did help a couple who lost some items find their belongings. We were the last ones off the plane (last row in back and took a little bit to un-wedge the service animal) by the time we got to the baggage Claim our bag was already moved to services which was hard to find hidden in a back corner with no signs, we were also told the wrong baggage claim on the plane they told us A when it was B.

NEVER AGAIN! Yes, I get that it’s a cheap deal, but these people are never on time!! Had to switch gates multiple times and changing flight times numerous times. First time using this airline to go to Chicago from Minneapolis. 45 minute flight, okay that’s good right? Nope, took almost 2 hours just to land and get out. Mind you, we did get to Chicago in 45 minutes, but to take about almost 2 hours just so find a spot and to get out is insane. Stay with your original airline!!!

My family had a vacation to Oregon from Ohio, this useless airline canceled our flight from St. Paul Minneapolis (MN) to Columbus (OH) a night before our flight from Portland. Thinking they would assign us to another flight but nothing was heard until we landed in St. Paul Minneapolis when we got a confirmation message of the cancellation. No reason was given, no agent was willing to assist us, as I got stranded at the airport with my young family, while i was on the phone trying to seek answers and help as to what to do next, my children were also crying to get home. I spent more than 3 hours on the phone before we got an agent who pretended to be our 'savior' little did we know that she wanted us out of their premises. They finally flew us the following day to another airport 2 hours drive back to our home. As if that was the end of our ordeal, we waited on arrival for our luggage only to experience another shocker that SUN COUNTRY carelessly left them at St. Paul Minneapolis airport. I had to call for them to deliver them to us the following day. In short, nobody should consider flying with this airline or its affiliates, you will not like what will happen to you and your love ones.
