Well priced tickets, very pleasant cabin crew and good reasonably priced food. We had the meal on one trip and a large ham and cheese baguette on the other.

We flew Iceland Air from Edmonton to Glasgow via Reykjavik and France to Edmonton via Reykjavik. The airport in Reykjavik is a whole different story and this isn't the place to complain but in general Keflavik Airport is too small to handle the passenger load and is just pandemonium. Iceland Air was just a bit bizarre. For the price I...

Smooth flight, good food, beautiful flight attendants! I felt like I was in an episode of "Pan Am"! Economy Comfort not so comfortable, Saga Business Class comfort was better, although my partner had to come to the empty seat beside me in economy comfort to get sleep, as it was too bright in Saga Class!

Wonderful flight attendants. Among the best. Helpful, quick, friendly. No surliness, no harried service. I suspect that the airline is relatively new, and expanding with the growing popularity of Iceland. The airport at Reykjavik is being outgrown as numerous adjacent gates all seem to be crowded and boarding at the same time. Great country to visit if you like the...

I flew economy comfort for the 2nd or 3rd time. This year service was below par. On my return flight the seats were more cramped, no foot rests and attendants less attentive. before arriving at Gatwick, flying east, only 3 or 4 passengers were even offered coffee. Noone beyond the first couple of rows was offered anything. The food choices,...

Sat in business class. Seats were spoilt and wouldn't recline. I made the mistake of choosing the same seat in the return leg and they still hasn't fixed the problem. Food was mediocre. Service was ok. This would have earned it an average rating except for the after sales service. My check in luggage was damaged beyond repair during the...

No frills, Reykjavik city airport not large but crowded; the opportunities for food were a small counter for takeout although good fresh cruller. Akureyri airport smaller, very limited option for food. On time flights, it wasn't difficult to check in, courteous agents, offered beverages on 45 minute flight(s). Access to/from plane is by a small, drop down step ladder. Seats...

Our group of International Geothermal Association took this flight for our field trip to Husavik. The aircraft was very good, clean and the seat was comfortable. The flight departure for outward in inward was on schedule. The onboard service was not bad.

Flight departed YYZ on time, the condition of the plane was good, food and crew were very good. Luggage was waiting for us upon arriving at the carrousel.

Our flight was from JFK to Oslo via Reykjavik via Iceland Air. Of course, Iceland Air doesn't serve free food, just expensive sandwiches, this being the new normal. The onboard movies are old with a limited selection. We got to Keflavik airport at 11:30PM and there were no food stalls open. We also had to stand in line awhile inside...
