Flew from Manchester airport to Keflavik early December. Could not fault the service we received, staff were both friendly and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. Each seat had its own entertainment system with a selection of films, TV series and music. And complementary drinks for the duration of the flight. Would highly recommend this Airline.

Air Iceland is one of the two significant domestic airlines in Iceland, in this case affiliated with Icelandair, the major international airline. Unfortunately, the two use different airports about 40-45 minutes apart with inconvenient transportation between the two--except for expensive taxis (about $125 one way). The airline is simply but well run, on time in our case in spite of...

When I started to travel With Iceland Air 10 years ago, everything was included in the price. It is still possible to bring 2 checked in luggage, but one has to pay for Food, ear sets etc. these days. So I find that the airline has dropped from being a good airline to just an average airline when they have...

I just loved this airline and wish they were closer to home (Australia). From check in to boarding it was smiles all the way from me and the staff. The northern lights on the overhead storage was a nice touch. food was delicious and cabin crew very attentive. The seat was very wide and comfortable indeed. Both business class and...

Air Iceland is a very economical way to fly to Europe. The planes themselves are very clean inside and the staff are very friendly and helpful. You have to pre order your food and pay for it as no food is given free in economy. You can bring your own food on board and it is okay with them. They...

This is a good airline to deal with. No food offered, but flight was value priced. Two pieces of luggage, flights were all on time and luggage arrived. Comfortable seat, with courteous staff on board.

This was our first flight in Iceland Air and we got an unbelievable deal between Edmonton Canada and Paris. My expectations were low since I assumed all the bad things I had heard about discount airlines.  Our travel experience was very positive and there were no negatives. Leaving from Edmonton our flight was over an hour late departing due to...

We flew with Iceland Air from Reykjavik to Oslo and it was a nice experience even though it was in economy class. The cabin is clean and comfortable, it was a 2-hour flight. Like Scandinavian airlines, no food was served within the short haul. Interestingly, they have named each of their aircraft by the name of the volcanos, and I...

We flew from Nova Scotia to Iceland and it was a good price for a return ticket.. The flight is only 4 hours (or 2 movies) and was relatively smooth. There was no meal provided but they do hand you a bottle of water as you board the plane which was a nice feature. We were disappointed to discover that...

From start to finish, this was a good experience. I am a traveler with a walking and fatigue handicap (MS), and taking a nonstop was, I thought, going to be a bit problematic. But in both directions, the flight crew and the ground personnel were compassionate, friendly, and helpful. In Reykjavik, the planes do not come up to the gate,...
