Terrible service by Tropic Air at San Pedro Sula airport. Reached there with all documents but they wanted to check and refused to take luggage nor issue boarding pass and just asked me to wait at the side for an hour while they check. The flight from Belize City was fabulous. We also took a flight to the Blue Hole. Unfortunately that wasn’t as good. The pilot was more focused on one side of the plane getting a better view than our side. So we unfortunately didn’t get the same experience as they did but the Blue Hole was amazing.…

After reluctantly booking a small aircraft from a local airline - I am happy to say , I could not fault Tropic Air ! The check in was easy, the staff friendly and happy. Great Customer Service and worth paying to fly. My friend and I booked a round trip from Belize City to San Pedro and then after our stay, back to Belize City. My friend had called Tropic air with questions about scuba gear and size and weight of bags. All his questions were answered by a very friendly and informed employee of Tropic Air. Our United flight was delayed going to Belize City. my friend call up as ask if we could change our flight and it was assured to us there would be no problem at all and reserved us on a later flight. The plane is small, maybe fits 12 passengers. The flight only takes 15-20 minutes and was a very smooth ride.…
