I landed in Buenos Aires more than two days ago, and I still do not have my luggage. LATAM airlines has RUINED my holiday. This has been a TERRIBLE experience. Think twice before you fly LATAM airlines.

It was my first time using LATAM airlines and I would fly with them again in the future. The staff was friendly and accommodating to vegetarians.

I'm frequent flyer of American, bought American tickets, but due to the partnership with Latam this leg was with them. The issues started there, my frequent flyer status was not respected, couldn't check-in on line, couldn't select a seat, no preferred lines and the worst, there were too many broken seats in he plane that took 40+ minutes solve everybody's...

This was my first time on LATAM to Brazil and it was OK. The flight departure was a little delayed and the interior was hot due to an equipment malfunction. I was able to upgrade to Business Class with an unusual bidding option to get an upgrade. I was not that impressed with Business Class with not the most comfortable...

Flew American Air on behalf of LATAM from Boston to Miamia, then LATAM from Miami to Bogota. And, the same in reverse from Santa Marta. Trip to Bogota was great, no issues. All went as expected. Flew LATAM from Bogota to Santa Marta and back. This took an hour, and was a great flight, except that there was no English...

Everything about this airline was average. We had four trips with this airline - all short jaunts - one in Brazil (Vitoria - Rio) and three in Peru. In Brazil, we had a language problem and they would not allow our luggage on until we paid for baggage fees that we were not aware of when we purchased our tickets....

I flew São Paulo/Brasilia, round trip, whan I was negatively impressed, and I told myself, after almost 10 years flying with them: If I can choose, I will not choose them anymore. I don't have any complains about the tripulation, but with the customer support. First, in Congonhas Airport had an enormous queue to the X-Ray area. I've waited for...

I was not impressed with this airline at all; food was very ordinary and portions very minimal; selection of movies was not great and staff seemed to be friendly only to spanish-speaking passangers.

Like i said neither bad o good just average but at the price of a top airline that were the problem start! if charge a premium fee than give a premium service! which far away from the case!

About LATAM Airlines
In August 2010, LAN and TAM Brazilian Airlines announced plans to merge their companies into a single brand and operation to be known as LATAM Airlines Group. TAM and LAN together serve around 115 destinations in 23 countries with a combined fleet of 280 aircraft. In May 2016, the new brand of the combined carrier was revealed and the phasing out of the individual airline identities began. While the airline will still maintain separate IATA codes for the former airlines, the identity, product and service standards have begun to be standardised. The merged carrier, the largest in Latin America, is known as LATAM Airlines, a member of the oneworld alliance.
